i'm not sure but this video seems to be a story of a boy who was in love and it didn't last so he dated another girl (my new angel, you better start to love her). His ex is upset about this because he promised her they'd be together forever (For how long?) In the end they both realize how pathetic they were to make these promises. in essence, this song is asking how long can things change your life if we're just leaves in the wind. Lesson learned- Life goes on and so do people.
