Thanks for uploading this. I had a couple of tracks from the Friday Rock Show session on tape (Lies All Lies & She's Got Me Covered) but my stepson wiped the tape 20 years ago!!! Been searching for them ever since. Anyone know where I can get them? They were briliant. I remember Wilf when he was in Zoom Club in Northampton c.1980. I believe he's still alive baddoggybad1 but severely disabled/brain damaged and being cared for by his parents. Tragic. I hope they got the bastard that did it.
I can't believe I found this...:D THANK YOU for posting HGF89!
Two edged sword to see this....hart broken over Wif 's tragic fate.....does anyone know if he's still alive....after we broke up early 90's he headed back to London......
Hi Bron, i took over from you in 85 i think it was, until dec 87 when my last gig with them was at the old Camden Palace. We called it a day after that. Bumped into Hall a few years later and he was a ticket inspector on the buses lol.
Nice to see this again - I was the drummer on this! And the album we recorded at RMS Studios that never came out will be out very soon along with DVD featuring all the ECT stuff AND footage of us from the last night of the Motorhead 10th Anniv. gig at Hammersmith Odeon - none of us knew it existed until recently - more news when I know - cheers all that enjoyed us - Bron Buick
The Gunslingers are THE REAL DEAL!!! Way better than any Hair Metal crap like Cinderella, Poison, or Warrant!!! These guys were closer to HANOI ROCKS or The Dogs D'Amour!!!
Nice cover of Flammin' Groovies "Shake some action". I bought Gunslingers first vinyl 7" in London back in -84. It must be very rare. I have seen it on record fairs and auctions for about 100 euro!
Wow!!! brilliant to see this again. The Gunslingers should have been bigger than the Stones. Wherever you are Scooter(Jamie) you will always be sooo Beautiful!!!xxxx
Yes it's all a load of balls, we never made an LP. "Shake some action" was the only official release from the band whhich had a bit of airplay. We recorded a bunch of other songs that never saw the light of day except for live work. Our last gig was at the Camden Palace, xmas of '87.
@ian I have all their songs just pm me

These suck, they're like New York Dolls/Rolling Stones but god damn awful. In NO WAY are they like Hanoi Rocks, Hanoi have talent.

I loved this bands songs from ECT!
I saw them support Motorhead and some of the crowd were giving he singer a hard time cos apparently he used to work in a gay sex shop!
Good band!! Where are they now?

I was there! ECT 1985, my first ever live gig.
Hi Wargibbon - I saw you guys at the Bull & Gate in Kentish Town. Shame we never saw you again!
The person at the bottom is lying, there never was a Gunslingers LP. As far as I recall only the single of Shake Some Action which of course I owned.
happy days!
