Wow. That was impressive. 'Course, I think that the "rolling backwards" start is the ONLY way (mostly) to do it. I've tried a couple of 1st-to-2nd/2nd-to-3rd gear shifts while burning out and most of the time the clutch IMMEDIATELY slips and starts stinkin. You gotta have either HOT tires (read: no traction) and a helluva clutch disc/pressure plate, not to mention the power needed to pull through 2nd gear whilst standing still. Note: It wont work on a Ford Fiesta : (

Figure this, 3rd in a B16 is what 90ish? idk but multiply that by two and you get 180. Thats how fast that tires was spinning. Not good for the diff. That's how I blew the open diff out of my first car, by doing one tire burnouts all the time in 2nd gear.
