Look at the peaks on the graph again. Every single temperature peak occurs AFTER the CO2 peak. It's right there on your graph. It is a fact however, that greenhouse gasses absorb heat and CO2 is a greenhouse gas. Without the greenhouse gasses that are naturally in our atmosphere the Earth wouldn't be colder and less comfortable.
That doesn't mean I'm suggesting that global warming is a direct threat now or in the future.
Actually, they absorb and reflect infrared rays reflected by the earth. Without the greenhouse gasses, the earth would be colder. But if there was too much, we would probably boil. Lucky for us, less than 1% of the air that we stand in is considered a greenhouse gas.
I'm surprised that the GW enthusiests/believers are not protesting sports or steam cleaners, since water vapor is just as much a greenhouse gas as CO2.

- the graph at 1:28 covers 4,507 years--not 2500 yrs.
- the graph isn't an accurate representation of the ice core
- so 200 years of data isn't statistically significant in showing a warming trend, but 9 years of data can show a cooling trend?

GW hasn't been proven indefinitely. It is not a law of the world; it is merely a theory, like the Theories of Relativity. It can be disproven or killed.
Even if it were a law, it can still be tested. For instance, some scientists continually test gravity to make sure it is constant with the computations of the other scientists.

You're absolutely right about gravity and relativity. Global warming is a theory that has neither been proven nor has it been disproven.
It is a fact however, that greenhouse gasses absorb heat and CO2 is a greenhouse gas. Without the greenhouse gasses that are naturally in our atmosphere the Earth wouldn't be colder and less comfortable.
That doesn't mean I'm suggesting that global warming is a direct threat now or in the future.

Actually, they absorb and reflect infrared rays reflected by the earth. Without the greenhouse gasses, the earth would be colder. But if there was too much, we would probably boil. Lucky for us, less than 1% of the air that we stand in is considered a greenhouse gas.
I'm surprised that the GW enthusiests/believers are not protesting sports or steam cleaners, since water vapor is just as much a greenhouse gas as CO2.

@grossnesstudeos water vapor is a greenhouse gas, but it cannot drive climate change. The amount of water vapor the atmosphere can hold is contingent on the atmosphere's temperature. Water can only be a feedback effect that amplifies warming.
CO2 can be either a driver or a feedback. (which renders one of the points in the video description moot.)

I wish I had gone to your high school when I was I kid. I was taught all sorts of things that are obviously completely wrong. Then, I went to college and got even more misinformed. How lucky you are to have been so well educated.
You have to love the current system of taxation. You do! You really do and can't ever consider replacing personal income tax or corporate income tax with something else. That would be treason, heresy and blasphemy.
