I wish Lowell well, although I must speak the truth. Lowell has a hard time getting out of state transplants. Boston transplants are coming, but I think it has something missing since people from all over dont wanna move here. I think people hear through word of mouth maybe when an out of stater visits the area and then tells his friends something like " a good town for sure, but not one to start an acting career" or "not a city to go if you want GREAT bars". I see a theme like that with Lowell
yeah i've lived in southern lowell like the whipple neighborhood, and middlesex, and jackson st. but the portuguese is the 3rd largest pop, largest is white, then asian, but i dont think its true, i got that info from some website
