It had 160 horsepower and this is the basic 2.0R.

160 ps, thats okey...but wrx edition has about 265ps or hasnt it?

Nope, there are two turbo versions, the WRX with 235hp and WRX STI with around 270hp.

And with the Impreza there were two non-turbos the 1.5R with about 115hp and the 2.0R that i had.

Now i have a Subaru Legacy STW TD...

It's a 4-cylinder naturally aspirated boxer-engine. Has 160bhp at 6500rpm and top torque available between 3500-6500rpm. Sounds good too...
