Pity they(Samsung) tend to use very, very, very cheap components(psu, capicitors and the like), otherwise there monitors would be brill. Just dont expect your tv to last more than about 5 years, at least without repairs/replacments.

@TerribleTony Oh come on, don't excaggerate. They don't provide you with super-high-end gear but it will last you a hell of a lot longer than 5 years dude. My parents have their Samsung Plasma for about 7 years now. And it gets used...... A LOT

Yeah man i bought this tv yesterday and my friend bought it like a month ago

i bought it from costco and it came with a hdmi cable my ps3 looks stunning and amazing with the hdmi and 1080p my friend doesnt use the hdmi cabe and he uses it for his xbox 360 also amzingly stunning if u wanna get this tv for like a bed room or something i recommend it. Its the best 22-26 inch tv out there well that i found

BTW, mine is made in romania too.

The original parts that are inside aren't made in Romania for sure, LCD panels are produced by only few factories in eastern countries, as well as all the circuitry boards that are inside. And then, all parts are only put together in Romania, maybe only a few tidbits are made there, but nothing major.
