Here we have a person such as ms.sylvia with substance and character speaking with a heart for this nation unlike those in goverrnance who deceive the common folks time and again.What a shame if singaporeans still do not wake up and realise

I'm against the establishment of casinos (euphemistically called IRs) in S'pore and I hope the WP will take up the cudgels at the hustings. The jobs created by the IRs are no big deal (excuse the pun). Those jobs carry big moral hazards posed by the mirage of becoming rich instantly and the overwhelming presence of money-crazy, materialistic people. I daresay no govt ministers will allow their sons or daughters to work in the IRs! :-(
