The holes are actually billet bumper diffusers. What these do for dedicated track cars is to keep air from being trapped by a solid rear bumper in order to achieve better trap speeds. They do come as a single plate for a bumper that is a solid one piece bumper, such as an ek or eg civic i.e., or two pieces just like this teg since the bumper is divided by the license plate. Hope that helped some.

you can pretty much twin turbo any car but its gonna have to be a custom job, and since you have 2 turbos insted of 1 u have to carefully choose the types of turbos depending on the application... and the k20 can handle mad power in stock form.
