Also, although Google is a search engine, it can effectively be used to hide sections of the internet. Millions of people use Google, if search results are omitted, they are very hard to find on their own. Once people are reliant on services, they are easily manipulated.

Information is too open and any attempt for the media to cover things up would be exposed and made an issue of internationally, so push a bias is all they can do. Also, although Google is a search engine, it can effectively be used to hide sections of the internet. Millions of people use Google, if search results are omitted, they are very hard to find on their own. Once people are reliant on services, they are easily manipulated.
