After the end of the movie, Chiller Theatre's 6 fingered hand rises from the blood, and signs off with it's trademark "CHILL-ERRR" and sinks back into the ground until it's time for next week's movie.
If you were watching Creature Features, Lou Steele, aka "The Creep" would sign off of CF whith his big question--"It's 10 PM, Do You Know Where Your Children Are"? ;-)
Thanks for sharing this film, I really enjoyed getting to see it. While I'm a huge fan of European horror films from this particular era, I'm still playing catch-up, trying to see many of the more obscure ones -- at least obscure in my own experience. Interesting to see Bava help out here with the special effects, he was always excellent at that. This in itself makes the movie of particular interest to me. Plus, I generally enjoy anything in the gothic horror tradition.
