I'm a Wii only owner. The good thing Conduit has is it doesn't have to be better than Killzone 2. I've never played KZ2 but I'll accept it's awesome. Conduit was made because there was a gap in Wii's library to be filled. And despite the obvious grumbles it was still great fun online.
Once again Conduit 2 doesn't have to be as good as KZ3. It's put in what Wii's FPS fans have begged for.

The Conduit is rated T while Killzone 2 is rated M. Why do ratings matter?... ratings can tell people what to expect in a game. The wii zapper is NOTHING like areal gun. I own a Wii Zapper and I use it to play Cod5 for the wii. I've also fired REAL guns before. And in reality, neither of the two games even comes close to portraying what war is actually like.

actually your wrong there, it is true the ps3 has more potential but it has more processors for EVERY process, the reason why we see more xbox games is because of its direct X and because its 3 processors can be assigned to seperate tasks, i.e one processor for graphics, another for sound etc, dont get me wrong i think ps3 is best thing ever but it is in no way easier to make games in there than ps3, wii is the easiest to develop on though.

It's clear to me that you've never play Killzone 2. The Gamplay is good, also pretty much all decent shooters are better than Halo, CoD, GR, MP:3, (FPA tough), Crysis, BioShock, Half-life, Quake, man, even Goldeneye and Perfect Dark are better.
And I'm not a PS3 fan, I can easily say that GOW is fantastic, and there isn't nothing (on that genre) nearly as good on the PS3 (or any console for that matter), and I doubt Quantum will be on par.
I have played killzone actually and although it had stellar graphics the story was terrible and I did not like the gameplay. I did forget about Crysis and bioshock which somewhat compete with halo. And did you just say all decent shooters are better then Halo, COD and MP3. Those games are fantastic and no Goldeneye and Perfect dark for its time may be equal (maybe better) but in our time those games are much better. I'm not saying Half-life, Quake aren't good games. Also whats GR?

Half-Life 2 is way beyond Halo league, is much better. I kinda agree with Quake, it isn't that great, it's mostly at Halo level.
Halo is a decent shooter, mostly mediocre, pure hype. Killzone 2 is a great game, with amazing graphics and gameplay (the story sucks, but who cares, gears and halo story is shit too).
As I said before, Half-Life 2 is much better than Halo, the comparative is mostly insulting. Quake and Halo are equally common, equally mediocre, and equally hyped. MP:3 plays on a league of its own, however, the fist MP is undoubtedly the best of the series. CoD is Amazing and GR was a lazy Ghost Recon XD.

It has a poor control, a poor history, a poor IA and, specially, a poor gameplay. It feels like playing Golden Eye (that's why I mentioned it), it doesn't feel like a modern shooting game (CoD, KIllzone 2, GoW, HL2, etc).
The multiplayer dynamics are pitiful, I mean, it feels, mostly, like playing MP:Hunters on the DS, which is amazing for a handled, but pretty poor on a console.

Killzone 2 is in a whole new different level then that wii game, Killzone 2 is beast i feel like im in a REAL WAR when i enter a game all these explosion, from random grenades, rocket launchers,an you have all these cool lil upgrades, for you type of gunman, Story line on KIllzone 2 is just insane, before i got the the game i already it would be the shit, but when i put it in the PS3 an started playing i couldnt stop, the Wii will never accomplish what the PS3 did with Killzone 2.

Killzone 2 has been in developement since BEFORE THE PS3 EVEN RELEASED!, great graphics? gee lets see, a 3.5 MILLION DOLLAR BUDGET, a Developement team of over 70 people and close to 5 years in the making .. which im sure that 2 of those precious years was just to figure out how to make use of the cell processor but, anyways, yes, i would certaintly expect it to look fantastic and nothing less!

The Conduit? a team of less than 1dozen actual developers (3 are ex-Bungie (Halo1,2&3) the budget was less than 800grand , lots of coffee and little experience with the Wii's hardware at all. yet they listened to US, the FANS and took everything we ased into consideration, from wanting to customize EVERY ASPECT of the controller from button mapping to camera and motion sense

Some are needed.. For some kind of player. it depends on the player.. Its FULLY customizble. Meaning you can set it to anything you want. The contorls in The Conduit kill Killzone 2's controls.
.. You don't seem to understand what turning is, and you seem to have it confused with aiming.
You can't actually TURN with a Wiimote. Because if you TURN, you are no longer facing the TV and can not see what's going on. What you do is aim, not turn. To turn you have to aim away from the center of the screen and the game moves the camera wherever the cursor's pointing
High sensitivity: Camera moves from pointing slightly off-center
Low: Camera doesn't move until pointing near the screen edges
I know you can turn the remote for games but I'm pretty sure that's not how the game uses it. For camera it just goes by where you're pointing, because if you actually turn your body to turn around in the game you're facing away from the TV and can't see what's going on. The way shooter's camera really works is just by aiming whatever direction you're pointing towards
Motion IS in the Wiimote but it's just not used for aiming and camera control. Instead it's for stuff like melee or grenades.

actually your wrong there, it is true the ps3 has more potential but it has more processors for EVERY process, the reason why we see more xbox games is because of its direct X and because its 3 processors can be assigned to seperate tasks, i.e one processor for graphics, another for sound etc, dont get me wrong i think ps3 is best thing ever but it is in no way easier to make games in there than ps3, wii is the easiest to develop on though.

It's clear to me that you've never play Killzone 2. The Gamplay is good, also pretty much all decent shooters are better than Halo, CoD, GR, MP:3, (FPA tough), Crysis, BioShock, Half-life, Quake, man, even Goldeneye and Perfect Dark are better.
And I'm not a PS3 fan, I can easily say that GOW is fantastic, and there isn't nothing (on that genre) nearly as good on the PS3 (or any console for that matter), and I doubt Quantum will be on par.

I have played killzone actually and although it had stellar graphics the story was terrible and I did not like the gameplay. I did forget about Crysis and bioshock which somewhat compete with halo. And did you just say all decent shooters are better then Halo, COD and MP3. Those games are fantastic and no Goldeneye and Perfect dark for its time may be equal (maybe better) but in our time those games are much better. I'm not saying Half-life, Quake aren't good games. Also whats GR?

Half-Life 2 is way beyond Halo league, is much better. I kinda agree with Quake, it isn't that great, it's mostly at Halo level.
Halo is a decent shooter, mostly mediocre, pure hype. Killzone 2 is a great game, with amazing graphics and gameplay (the story sucks, but who cares, gears and halo story is shit too).

As I said before, Half-Life 2 is much better than Halo, the comparative is mostly insulting. Quake and Halo are equally common, equally mediocre, and equally hyped. MP:3 plays on a league of its own, however, the fist MP is undoubtedly the best of the series. CoD is Amazing and GR was a lazy Ghost Recon XD.

It has a poor control, a poor history, a poor IA and, specially, a poor gameplay. It feels like playing Golden Eye (that's why I mentioned it), it doesn't feel like a modern shooting game (CoD, KIllzone 2, GoW, HL2, etc).
The multiplayer dynamics are pitiful, I mean, it feels, mostly, like playing MP:Hunters on the DS, which is amazing for a handled, but pretty poor on a console.
Graphics are mostly overrated too, well, I could truly explain you why it's mediocre, but the character limit ends.

I do believe its the best fps on the wii BY FAR. I really like how it has some custimazation and online is great. Great graphiques for the wii. Both are excellent games but I preffer KZ2

Killzone 2 is in a whole new different level then that wii game, Killzone 2 is beast i feel like im in a REAL WAR when i enter a game all these explosion, from random grenades, rocket launchers,an you have all these cool lil upgrades, for you type of gunman, Story line on KIllzone 2 is just insane, before i got the the game i already it would be the shit, but when i put it in the PS3 an started playing i couldnt stop, the Wii will never accomplish what the PS3 did with Killzone 2.

1. it has a better story than kz2 halo , because most storys are about how it humanitys last stand ive beaten the conduit and the story is nothing even close to generic story
2.bad level design hell no the designers went to the washington dc and mapped out the city for the game so it has great level design.

lol played killzone honestly it wasn't that great. i liked it alot but still i'd rather play CoD4. that's my opinion. the conduit was impressive, especially since it was on the wii(pointing is far more better than tilting). Well know duh dumbass, there for the 360. And bioshock sucks ass, i hate it, it is not even fun, those gay ass big daddys.
Bioshock sucks, and it is not even for the wi, and this game for the wii has good graphics compared to most the other games.
The conduit looks like a bad 360 game, which is a great wii game.
Stop bashing on the wii, give me your gamertag or psn so i can pwn you in cod or halo.

I actually have a Wii and I preordered The Conduit.
I'm just not stupid enough to think The Conduit can hang with any game on the xbox 360.

I like killzone better not really a wii fan and I have one I just use it for internet I got brawl and some other games but they bore me to death wake up 360(stupid red light) and save me from boredom lol JP I'll just go to the park until I find the damn screw driver or play my ps2 and just ignore the wii I swear it's gettin dusty now XD

Brawl doesnt have customizble controls.. Metal Slug does NOT Scarface DOESNT.. Bully DOES NOT. Bleach DOES not.. None of them do.. I know this since I have watched the reviews and have alot of the games you listed. AND THEY DONT AVE FULLY CUSTOMIZBLE CONTROLS.

the conduit may have fully customizable controls but some are just not needed like running speed why wouldnt you want to have that on max and turning speed i mean seeing as its a wii remote and its on sync with your arm(supposedly) shouldnt the turning speed depend on how fast you move you're arm? kinda retarded

actually i own a wii 360 and high end pc and hope on buying a ps3 next year the wii mote hasnt done anyhting for the fps genre that the mouse and keyboard havn't the damn thing doesnt even live up to the expectations

Some are needed.. For some kind of player. it depends on the player.. Its FULLY customizble. Meaning you can set it to anything you want. The contorls in The Conduit kill Killzone 2's controls.

.. You don't seem to understand what turning is, and you seem to have it confused with aiming.
You can't actually TURN with a Wiimote. Because if you TURN, you are no longer facing the TV and can not see what's going on. What you do is aim, not turn. To turn you have to aim away from the center of the screen and the game moves the camera wherever the cursor's pointing
High sensitivity: Camera moves from pointing slightly off-center
Low: Camera doesn't move until pointing near the screen edges

You can turn the Wii mote.
With Wii motion plus it can see the Wii mote in 3d.
Instead of in a weird 2.5D.
IF you saw the sony demonstration you would know the Wii can do the same thing with 1:1 motion.
It's still a dumb and minor complaint. Who plays a game while faced away ?

I know you can turn the remote for games but I'm pretty sure that's not how the game uses it. For camera it just goes by where you're pointing, because if you actually turn your body to turn around in the game you're facing away from the TV and can't see what's going on. The way shooter's camera really works is just by aiming whatever direction you're pointing towards
Motion IS in the Wiimote but it's just not used for aiming and camera control. Instead it's for stuff like melee or grenades.
