  • So cool!

  • I finally made a slosh pipe. Mine is 10. I didnt feel like cutting it. I used a different end that screws on so you can add and subtract water. That way I can start with 25lbs and change the weight when I get stronger. I hurt my shoulder when I broke my wrist so this is great for getting my stabilizers back into shape. Cant wait to try walking up a hill with it like your video! Thanks for the great idea.....

  • @123billionaire Good for you!! Have fun with it. Nice that you can add/delete water as you need to.

  • its great how you guys motivate each other and are so positive I wish I had people like you around me... they think Im nuts if I swing a sledge hammer!

  • Thanks for your comments and your enthusiasm!! Find (or create--start 'em slow) some people who want to play with you. It really helps to have a team.

  • I built mine couple weeks ago and love it. I appreciate the videos from you, Coach T, and zenkahuna

  • So where is this camp? :)

  • what is a sloshpipe? full of water i assume... how heavy is that 7 footer and where can i get/ how do i make one??

love the vids!! lots of ideas here :)

  • You, Coach Tara and Zenkahuna post some outstanding workouts. They look as fun as challenging!!!

  • Outstanding!!! The hill by itself is a kicker. Add the slosh pipe and you really have a challenge. Way to go! You look great!

  • I remember the first time you ever picked up a slosh pipe. It was about a 5 second lift. Now you handle the pipes and can hoof 'em around. You're quite a gal!
