I think so, because the buttons look like an Epco variant of the Lexan buttons, the floor indicator sounds like a really old version of the Series 1/2 beep, and looks like a digital version of the vanishing indicator.
That's amazing, even if this elevator was built in the 1980's, and since it's a nice elevator, I guess the building owner could afford a door protection sensor upgrade.

Yes, the older Dover bumpers are gray, while the newer ones are black. However, the floor indicator and passing signal do resemble Otis fixtures.

Those bumpers looked like old Dover bumpers however you know it is an old Otis when the bumper do not retract as the doors come to a close.
