    Greetings from Germany

  • ye now that you mention it, still really love the area, maybe one day we can go out and visit.

  • wow awesome vid, love the conditioning, thso spots are really amazing

  • agreed good circuit!! good hard work here lads!!!

andy you not think this dude loks like luke?

  • Great Training..

    How its supposed to be..!

    :)

  • no fair!! here in kenosha, we got jack-s&!% to do Parkour. what part of the U.S. has such sweet spots?

  • Los Angeles. UCLA = University of California Los Angeles

  • Security there doesn't mind all this? I was thinking of hitting up some of the local colleges in my area but security there is real anal about things like this.

  • this fucking sick song i love it wat is the name plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz?????????

  • Song: Teardrop

    Artist: Massive Attack

  • They make it look so bloody easy.

  • This is awesome. You have thought of excellent locations to practice all the key elements in training for Parkour. A truly inspired Urban Workout. I wanna find some locations in my area now.

  • sweet spots to train its no wonder y u guys are in excellent condition to free run!

  • Cool, cool Routine cool locations xD

    and perfect Exercises

  • This sport or training looks cool but I don't see any girls.

  • First of all "Muder", it seems you know crap about PK or you wouldn't have made a fool of yourself like that. It is EXACTLY training like this that improves peoples skill in Parkour, due to the fact that it forces you to interact with your enviroment in ways you normally wouldn't to build practical strength. And by the way, flips have no place in Parkour. That's called Free Running. Next time, get your facts straight before you get another case of word diarrhea.

  • flips have ZERO part in parkour

  • u freak r u on salvia or some shit? or did u hit ur head on something?

  • hmmm, I'm sort of in two minds about this video, I can see that some ome it like the dips and the 270 cat to cat are helping, but the kicking off trees and walking up stairs backwards surely isn't helping at all. spend more time improving jumping distance and musclular strength rather than crawling around.

  • that wasn't tyson cecka was it?

  • yes it is

  • Wow nice work guys. I wish i could do parkour like that.

  • My previous post was directed at Paulie.

  • bdw, what is the name of the song?

  • Teardrop by Massive Attack

  • Nice work!!! You definately gave me inspiration.

  • Very awesome stuff.

  • that video totally doesn't do justice to how long we were out there on that, or how difficult it was ;) But cool to see man, it was a lot of fun!

  • excellent very helpful!

  • Do you live in LA?

  • no, sorry. I'm in NJ

  • Nice :)

  • I actually saw your post about this on PKCali I think. Nice to see you do a video on it lol.
