I looked on the website you linked, but I could not find it anywhere, can you please tell me the recipe you used? From watching the video it looks like you get 1 large egg 3/4 light beer 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda Little nutmeg and cyan pepper some salt Mix all that together. Dip the devained shrip in to the mixture, then roll it in sweet coconut shreddings, and put it in the oil? Is the cyan pepper optional?
