InterVideo WinDVD Creator 2, for this video. My newer ones are made with CyberLink PowerDirector 6, but WinDVD is cheaper. It doesn't have quite as good effects as you may be used to on WMM, but it's easy to use, doesn't freeze on you often, and has an fairly easy uploading process. :)
