This is the PC version, not the PSone version. I know this because:

#1- The voices in the cutscenes have an "echo" effect

#2- The subtitles' quality on this video is higher than the PSOne's subtitles.

The echo effects, in the PSOne version, appear only on certain gameplay scenarios, such as the Nuclear Warhead Storage Building, the Underground caves or those small rooms in the Snowfield. In the PC version, the cutscenes have a "double-echo effect" which makes the characters sound a little "robotic".

A good bunch of tech in every Metal Gear Solid (except for 3 and 4 of course) game surrounding 1 and 2 (probably 4, wouldn't be surprised) exists shortly after the game is out.

For instance, those hovering cameras/gun mounts? Those hovering discs/tripods were made public shortly before and after Metal Gear Solid 2.

MGS1 had a ton of official unannounced stuff in it too...but dna-targeting manufactured viruses hasn't really been admitted to due to Geneva Conventions.

I don't get it.. The script in this version is WAY better, sounds even more realistic then in the twin-snakes.... wtf did they do wrong for the twin snakes.. the darpa chief doesnt sound like he cares when his talking in the twin snakes.

The only time i've played the first MGS was on a PS1 demo disc that had some other games on it like soem game where you were a spaceship destroying crap and a game that works a lot like Trapt.  I think this is as far as the demo let you get. Just wondering, is The Twin Snakes the same as the first MGS? I heard someone say it was.
