Can you spool up fast and get past it? Although it will be back on spool down. Mine does the same thing on a hard surface. Likely a resonance created by the negative pitch of the blades. Try taking off from grass and it will be gone if thats the case.
Check your tail shaft. I bent mine without even knowing it. Hmm, just realized how old this video is. Hope you got it fixed and flying by now.

Think maybe the feathering shaft is bent. Either that or one or both the blades are too tight in the grips. Check blade ballance to.
