  • i loved this video, it has a soul

  • This is really really good. The actors are perfect for their characters, the dialogue is natural. I like the creepy atmosphere in the first part, although it changes a bit unsmooothly to the friendly one in the second part. Furthermore, I like the symbolism of the two men lost in nowhere with the packback as their only connection to society.

  • i lost my cell phone in the woods once...but a reexamination of my life life came much later.

  • MistaQyou, how did it come out that you made such a nice short movie and what brought you to make this kind of plot? Can you explain me something more?

    Thanks!!!

  • The whole short film is really very well done, congratulations! Wow, some things the old man says can really make you reflect a lot! It is so touching the fact that a simple man can have peace within himself by finding out who he really is... I would almost consider the old man a prophet! The working class man figures him out as a sort of dirty wanderer, ignorant and savage only because he lives alone in the woods! But we understand that the "savage man" has a lot to teach him!

    Really moving!

  • Yes, the video is well acted & yes the video is overall very interesting, but the continuous invites are redundant and they make one feel as if they are being beaten over the head, with perhaps the video itself.

In this context, original material is underated.

  • That was really cool. The white haired guy's view on life came off like poetry and the working man looked confused and sounded scared to great effect. I liked how being lost in the forest mirrored the bigger picture of a man lost in this world. My only complaint is got got a little wordy, but a lot of poetry tends to do that. Good stuff; I'm subbing.

  • like the first few minutes.

  • Very interesting! Lots of questions about existance and living in societys banality.

Some good actors too. 5 stars

  • Nicely done, a great story, and you handled it well cinematically! The wrinkled white-haired dude (LOL Paris) had a lot of long blocks of dialogue

  • "It is of great importance to ponder and find out who you are so that when you die your soul will float away full drenched with experience not withered and exhausted from a lifetime of belittlement. Realizing this soon is the key..."

  • Wow, I am so impressed...so touched by this, I have no words, thank you

  • This is Awesome!

  • to say at least

  • thanks

  • really good!!i enjoyed this much

    thank u

  • hah you make me smile already from the beginning :) very cool I like it!

  • good!

  • Just my opinion, but I liked the first version better. First cut, better editing, timing, etc. I really liked the first one the best...

  • I never walk in the woods (we only have a very tiny one nearby where you can't get lost!)

    An interesting video dear

  • i like this!

  • Interesting!

  • Must have been good weather there in the woods, those books were in quite good shape ;)Nice vid. I disagree with deepochristo though... I don't think we would see war if everybody was a dirt digger, but an anarchistic society of whateverers. If you're constantly aware of your own nothingness, there is no need for peace or war, all remains is total indifference. I think people should try to find a healthy compromise of the dirt and concrete road of life.

  • even my soul is more pure after watching this clip.

  • good!

  • great work welll done =)

  • it's really easy to get lost in the woods

    great video

  • great video

    emma :)

  • nice video.....thanks for sharing with us....you might want to subscribe to the bridging videos as there are many more you might really like already available and more on the way.....thanks again.....love and blessings....bh&e.....

  • Thought provoking dialogue...good acting...the endling leaves you guessing! I liked it very much! Well done!

    Send me more! :)

  • Interesting subject! It is good filmed. It's very realistic.

    See you soon,

  • Why does the bearded wanderer feel so compelled to pass his insight onto the city guy?? Wouldn't a man who understands greater purpose realize that not everyone can live the wandering life because then there would be no order. It is a privilege for a select few of people to live out of the dirt because of how society functions... if everyone did it, with this amount of people... the world would see war unlike ever before.

  • Mistaq, this is excellent! LIke a visual book! No waffle or overloading! Five stars, my friend. Thanks for sending it to me, and, please, do not hesitate to send me more. How nice to be involved in watching something completely fresh and original. Like the old lemonade, no numbers E in it!

Best wishes for peace profound from Brighton, UK.

  • It is well done, and unique. We don't need more special fx, foul language, overt sexual activity, extreme action, or chase scenes. I'm bored with it, it's been done too many times. Conversation, and relationship is very meaningful, and there needs to be a return to good writing, so writing can be recognized as such. Woody Allen movies were that way. I liked it.

  • Good video -5

  • excellent, with great potential, two future actors to look out for...

  • Terrific little 'big' film that, thanks.

  • Well Done!

  • quick ten minutes. must mean i loved it!

  • Good video. Great storyline.

  • Very very interestng. It is unique and diffrent but in a good way. I think that you did a really good job on it and it is a great short film. Great Job! Keep up the great work.

  • I really love it. Great video!!! :-) 5*****

  • THIS IS ONE BEAUTIFUL FILM!!

    A marvel! Great writing!!

    I LOVED IT!!!

  • Thank you for showing me your short film. I like the writing and the editing techniques used by the acting from the man who plays the "working-class man" (as stated in your descrition) could be better. Also, some of the shots could have been still and not always shot in-hand. Getting back on the positive side, I enjoyed your attempt on not using any artificial lighting during the camp-fire scene and I can see much potential in your career as a film maker.

  • Very profound and insightful. I thorougly immerse myself in the story. Excellent short film thank you for writing and letting me know.

  • That was really good. Great philosophy

  • Very good short,is it yours,i mean r u involved in its acting,producing etc....

  • cool;-]
