great video ijust got back on my bike after 3 long months of recovery from a wreck i had on it. snapped my arm in half, popped my arm out of the rotator cuff, and broke my collar bone in 5 places now my hole collar bone is a metal plate and i got a plate and ten screws in my arm haha but im glad to be back on it
