I love where this song was trying to go, but the drum programming on this song is bad. In a real distracting way. It takes away from her beautiful voice the words and the great sample.
@ShinoShaw i produce music and the beat sounds fine..i think people try to hard to have something sound a certain way to fit what they like..just enjoy the music if you can
@officialNDTV if you produce you can hear that that snare needs to be on the 2 and 4 and those kicks sound rushed and weak. I'm not being over analytical here because I'm a fan of hers and I loved the rest of the Nostalgic Nights project. This one had potential and just turned into a mess. They should have just let her sing on the loop and not even bring in the drums if they were gonna be that bad.
