  • This is ACTA is so fucking stupid. All this is about is Money. Fucking large corporations wanting more money. And guess what, the people who are going to impliment this bill into law are people that dont even use the internet or a computer. This is currently happening in America, but the people there dont want it and neither do the people in other countries. The fact is the Australian government will follow because they always have their noses up Americas ass. They've had ACTA since september.

  • @artilleryboy1 The people who want the money don't think it's stupid

  • I think this whole ACTA shit is a bunch of bleeding bollocks, mate. How the fuck is it fair and legal to send people to jail for not paying for a fucking song or a video?! Or You shot a cop in the groin or threw a man off a building and get sent to jail, that's understandable, but for wanting a little pleasure for the ears and eyes? And being clever enough to know a way on how to get it free, and then get canned for it? Fucking spunk-bobbing sons of bitches!!!!

  • @GrayWolfen1488 Well said

  • these companies are evil;

had communism in the USSR not failed, and not proven that the government, even without corporate interest can TFU, I'd be in favor of a global communist revolution!!!

where are we going to turn to? government sucks, corporations suck; and these guys have the most power.....

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • @bbphnix Any system has its corruption

  • 1 dislike: forever alone

  • @MCAMVP I think you're right

  • OMFG!!!

I live in Latvia and we have this one site called Miljons.com which contains and is constantly updated with hilarious pictures taken in Latvia showing all sorts of funny and plain retarded situations / signs / people in Latvia.

BUT NOT ANY LONGER. I go to the site now and it says "Due to the changes in the law governing the terms of information shared on websites, this website is closed based on 'harming the countries dignity in a public environment' "!

    WHAT THE FUCK?!

  • @xxDrain Wow, that is seriously fucked up

  • @AngryAussie Hah, the site is up again!

Im guessing they just host it on a foreign server now :)

  • @xxDrain I looked up some things on Google, and what a sad story, "3 results were removed from this page due to DMCA blah blah...."

  • the government & banks are the biggest pieces of shit and rob you everyday

  • @deluxedookie Fair enough

  • great way to ruin the economy

  • @Fernhilla That would certainly be one side effect

  • LMAO, angry aussie! I love your angry voice.

  • @Srsbizns Thanks

  • "you're not paranoid! This shit's really happening!" Best...Line...EVER!

  • @millerchance007 Cheers

  • fuck politicians

  • @ragingknob Fair call

  • @b222rad Got it from a shop called jayjays

  • I wonder when people are going to realize that all politicians are only in it for themselves and will screw over their own mothers, grandmothers and rest of the family to get their slice of the big pie.

As for the corporations that buy them with women and drugs, then blackmail someone should police them.

  • @relshar I guess so

  • I have a feeling some of the people creating these laws are only alive because its illegal to kill them. shame really.

  • @Dis0wned1 It sure seems that way

  • @jappud Fuckwit

  • nice vid mate.

  • @CELTICS17PF Thanks!

  • "People who run their business in a way that would make the fucking Mafia blush"

    Excellent line right there!

  • @TadRaunch Unfortunately it's also accurate

  • VIACOM ARE DOGS

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER Fair call

  • Good news.

What is wrong with this Friday. D=

    Hi....\

    How are ya?

  • @meteal666head09 I'm fine

  • @AngryAussie Thats good. Have a good one =D

  • @jappud Climate change deniers are fucking morons

  • I don't understand why song remixes of an original copyrighted song could be infringing if uploaded to youtube? How exactly does it affect record companies in a bad way?

  • @DeejayKhaos It's very complicated but in certain contexts you are protected by "fair use"

  • @AngryAussie true, but sometimes even using the vocals would be considered infringing.

  • Music/Movie industries have got the entire US Govt on their side. The Obama Administration has been bought...Its all officially under the "Joint Strategic Plan on Intellectual Property Enforcement" that was announced a few days ago...America is declaring "War on Copyright Infringement" at a world wide level...Its like their "War on Drugs" and "War on Terror". An endless problem that will never actually gets solved.

  • @aussiebear22 The Democrats have always been the worst for being bought by the entertainment industry

  • To say nothing of the fits I get into when I buy a Goddamned movie and it has a bunch of anti-piracy ads that I (sometimes) can't even skip.

  • @Zebonka I HATE THAT SHIT!

  • AngryAussie is my hero.

  • @famguy72 Thanks :)

  • If you ask any musicians about copyright protections - particularly those that had existing careers prior to the digital revolution, you'd get a different story.

The labels (including Viacom) are responding as any capitalist enterprise would when their revenue stream has dissipated.

But copyright laws are there to protect you as long as you can keep piping porn, stolen music and films into your household at a high speed, right?

Your pathos isn't aided either by all your swearing.

  • @Nightmarelix a bunkum argument. There's a huge damned amount of stuff that technically infringes copyright, but is not a viable alternative to buying a product and is therefore not technically a 'loss of revenue'. I've no love for people who download music and movies willy-nilly, and I get angry when I see TV shows up for free on Youtube when I've paid money for the DVDs, (aren't I a sucker?), but there's a lot of 'infringement' that is not worth prosecuting.

  • @Nightmarelix Go fuck yourself you clueless cunt

  • I was reading th eviacom thing the other day, not surprised they lost, can't believe they want to try appeal though

  • @MokongX3M They are complete idiots

  • Copyright laws are fucking scary.. especially when you've got something that's yours. It's truly, truly, frightening when sharing something you've created can be such a clusterfuck! You'd think "You've made it, so do what you want." would be the accurate statement but in reality it feels more like everyone can have a slice of the pie except you. Copyright laws aren't made for creators. And like most laws, it seems these are bending further and further into the interests of the Gov. and Corp.

  • @Rixev Copyright laws are currently enforced solely for the benefit of large companies

  • this is messed up fucking shit i have already heard of the acta act but as soon as this video came my suspicions came true the world is fucked if the general public would open there eyes to the corruption of the world they would stand and fight or possibly freak out till they shit themselves

  • @thesphenator It is totally fucked up

  • @AngryAussie i agree with you thats why the general public needs to have there fucking eyes opened to how the governments world wide are screwing us over big time

  • Also I hope Warner Music Group all die of Ebola

  • @MikeHuntagape Fair call

  • The new hard core crime is going to jail for copyright infringment...well i hope they have a lot of jails to hold all the crims.

  • @blueman4444444 It's a ridiculous proposal

  • This guys accent is hilarious

    TFU

    awsum this is awsum

  • @Iwant1ofdose Cheers

  • calm down mate

  • @MrDuckfrog Get a fucking clue

  • copyright changes make the server repsonsible...check the Italian google execs that got busted.....6 months suspended

  • @MrLesleyblood2 That's the sort of ridiculous court ruling some people want world wide

  • What amazes me is Viacom actually uploaded their own videos to Youtube (to get free advertising) then requested takedown after a while! WTF? Talk about corruption! Viacom, you suck!

  • @Rowdyeh That's one of the reasons they lost the case

  • @Kharabatey Their ignorance and fear and greed are driving them

  • im surprised you havent been banned in sevreal countries.

  • @captjaneway2 Who knows, maybe I have.

  • O live in Canada and I kno that all the polititions are corrupt

  • @1234cm1 It's a worldwide problem

  • @AngryAussie yea.........i kno =(

  • Fucking love your little revolution speech at the end.

  • @geordsta12 I enjoyed doing it

  • There's been videos taken down by john wayne too, who afaik has been dead for years, and has nothing to do with the videos in question.

  • @cyrexFFXI Wayne, never owned the copyright on any of his film, they are owned by the studios

  • @AngryAussie I know, and these are on totally unrelated videos like game videos, original content like yours etc, leads me to believe they just have a script running it.

  • nice job

  • @wgfallingrock Thanks

  • DMCA's considerably useless for the 'average joe' who's had their work copied by a big site; you send a DMCA, they send a false counter-DMCA and tell you to take them to court (Which you probably won't be able to do) 'tis TFU ='(

  • @andrewvpover Yes it is

  • fuck viacom, good for nothing snobby pieces of shit :) (sarcastic smile)

  • @PersonalVibes Yeah, fuck 'em

  • "Rahalla saa ja hevosella pääsee."

Translation: "With money one gets, with a horse one goes."

  • @Vaara78 Let's hope Viacom get on their horse ;)

  • @Auslander999 WMG don't have a lawsuit but they tend to order take downs on YT

  • There's a pro-civil rights, pro-ecology outfit called Care2- some of their petitions are worthwhile. Yet, they illustrate their content with ripped off stock and private photos. Use a Firefox app called TinEye to see who's "borrowing" your art.

  • @tanfouk That stuff goes on all the time

  • Nice rant, well I just had Ch9 Oz decide one of my videos was fine to use as a video in a growing burger war, no mail asking for permission, they just ripped it and did the old talk over for the amount of time needed as to set up the copyright loophole not many know of. It still had them use 3min of a 5 min video.

I never knew I worked for Ch9!, and a example why the media moguls are where they are and we are here stuck on the tube with limited exposure.

  • @leokimvideo Yeah, the big media companies do that all the time

  • ACTA has to be thrown out, we don't need any more new laws! It's time for big entertainment to realize that they are not the only game in town anymore, what this really is, is their attempt to kill the media that stealing away their strangle hold on the new generation of talent. As it is this current leaked provisions strongly reeks of first amendment violation!!

  • @americancarguy ACTA would be a disaster

  • @3:03, They could win in the High Court, overruling the legislation and creating a precedent since that court has a lot of leniency in that area. It's what Mabo did. It's doubtful though haha.

  • @Llam4Face Not likely

  • Fuck that, let Vicom go bust.

  • @Roushfan5 I wish

  • @Roushfan5

Only problem of Viacom going bust means Paramount (Star Trek), Nickelodeon, MTV, VH1, Dreamworks (Shrek) and all those others under Viacom's umbrella go belly-up as well.

Now, DISNEY on the other hand, them I have no problems with going bust!

  • @ElNeroDiablo I don't see a problem with any of those. Never really cared for Star Trek, and really Nick, MTV, etc all make shit these days. Shrek has ran its course, jumped the shark. Three movies was to much, a fifth would be a travesty.

  • O.O The ACTA sounds WAY worse than the DMCA. Do you know if the ACTA applies to things like YT?

  • @mylovelydame21 It isn't law yet but it would apply to YT

  • Thanks for the good news about Viacom and all the links. The watch?v=VbNI9dBtDRw captioned video about Vézelay illustrates an intelligent copyright solution . YouTube software matches all new videos with those deposited in a data bank by partenring right owners. It there is a match, the right owner can have the video deleted or claim its content. For that captioned video, UNESCO chose to claim. Uploaders can also contest right holders' decisions. This solution made Viacom's case obsolete.

  • @calmansi There are sensible options. Viacom just isn't interested

  • ACDC 4life

  • whenever i start attacking a bush turkey in my backyard (usually just by chasing after it and squirting water at it from a sports bottle) the few other turkeys around the backyard start hassling and chasing the turkey that i attack. i think i am king of the backyard

  • @rjenman Live that dream!

  • i think you should incorporate more quantum physics in your proof that the world is totally fucked up

  • splarigus

  • I really like your new intro mate. It's quite well done.

  • @ShadKats Thanks. Short and sweet.

  • "Copyright"- a polite word for censorship/cash

  • @ferrarithefastest Cash. Censorship is a different issue.

  • The politicians have gone crazy!

  • @sincityfire They've always been crazy

  • This is the first time I have seen your channel.

  • @BuddhaShiva1 Hopefully not the last

  • You should go on TV, You have the talent, and the brains. :)

  • @cozzycovers Go convince a TV network for me

  • @KYLEZ0R09 I've made no secret of what I think about current copyright laws

  • That made me so all kinds of happy when Viacom got the shaft XD

  • @LittleBat Me too

  • Viacom lost?

Excellent! About time that money-grabbing company took a hit.

Also, sending kids to jail for non-commercial copyright infringement? The jails will be packed for sure.

  • @zodiacdragoon The lunacy isn't over yet

  • @zodiacdragoon Lol yeah, prepare for 90%of the population to be imprisoned.

  • Comment removed

  • The World is fuck up.. and ya know what fuck it I about to make it even more fucked up.. I going to the Toronto beaches To fly kites and launch model rockets because they're arresting people for doing that also Fuck acta if governments can't do shit in the open maybe we should abolish them or get a new one until we get one that will do shit in the open... and to any government who might read this go right he fuck ahead and watch what happens if you arrest a 15 year old for stating an opinion.

  • @princeboy5 I'm not sure where the rockets come into it

  • @AngryAussie .... I figure I'm going to bring a projectile that is powered and can be aimed with some sort of accuracy... (wont aim it at world leaders on purpose. thats suicide) but it should server it purpose nicely.. and even if I do get arrested Im a minor I'm done school for the summer.. so whats the worst that can happen

  • Give this bloke a chance for prime minister! I'd vote for him :)

  • @Maxpow33r I'd prefer to take over with an army of the undead at my control

  • @Maxpow33r unfortunately theyve just elected a sheila for president

  • if i lived in europe and i made a music video with godzilla footage i could get arrested if i put it on youtube?

  • @PopInPics000 It isn't a law yet

  • Angry for president of the world!! \m/ xx

  • @mrshef666 Supreme overlord of the earth!

  • GO AA, fuck the RIAA AND MPAA

  • @Intervene Fuck 'em!

  • Love your videos seen just about all of them. you always make my day with your videos

  • @TheShivvay Glad to hear it!

  • good fucking point

  • @jasonstonesreed Cheers

  • Old yet excellent news from Europe.

    arstechnica(.)com/tech-policy/news/2010/03/europe-trashes-acta-as-obama-praises-it.ars

The European parliament voted to trash ACTA with a HUGE majority.

And the Swedish Pirate Party leader summed up the vote as an 'epic win'. ;D

  • @thest3alth This is occurring OUTSIDE of parliaments

  • There is a TFU copright case going on in Oz at the moment. The PPCA who handles copyright music royalties for use in gyms is putting up the fees 1500% (they asked for 4000%). This has forced every gym in the country to switch to non-original artists.

See bit DOT ly SLASH cB3266

It would be cheaper to actually download every song used in a gym class on iTunes EVERY TIME, than pay these stupid inflated royalties. How to ruin your business model overnight 101! It's TFU.

  • @EEVblog Their greed is compounded by their stupidity

  • Viacom is going to appeal? SERIOUSLY??? <sarcasm>:Don't you just love the wasting of taxpayers money by corporations who think they should be the ones who write laws? </sarcasm> Great TFUF. Very informative and I hope lots of people watch it.

  • @melstan12 It's disturbing how much of this is going on.

  • politicians conducting things in secret, lying, and being bought and paid for by corrupt companies?... just another day in the office isn't it XD

  • @The13thDruid It sure is

  • I myself don't pirate, but I can sort of understand people who do - some of them, anyway. When paying for and downloading music gets you a folder of unsorted files your mp3 player won't let you play, and simply downloading it for free, illegally, gets you the sorted thing, which you can use anywhere you like .. it seems like they're going at it the wrong way. I'm pretty sure providing a better service would be far more effective.

  • @Fjordgnu It's ridiculous how difficult they make it to stay within the law

  • u should have put a vuvuzela button on this one...

  • @rokerboy117 That isn't an option controlled by me

  • good to know that Viacom loses. What do you think would hanppen if Viacom Won ?

  • @aaronbig1 The shut down of every Internet service that hsots ANY content.

  • Here's a law: Let's make it legal to punch someone in the face and/or groin if he is too fucking idiotic.

  • @Jatre I'd support that

  • @Jatre Does that mean that I can legally kick the Prime Minister in the nuts? Sweet!

  • whats the intro song?

    awesome vid by the way

  • @merkoe Metal theme done for me by Blordough

  • This is just all shit. Goodbye internet. =[

  • @MrSoloADG It's an ongoing war

  • Sweet, fuck Viacom

  • FUCK VIACOM!

  • @anthonychrisbradley Fuck yeah!

  • I'm getting sick of shit like ACTA, the internet killswitch, and internet censorship in general. Every time I bring up these topics, everyone around me assume that I'm a conspiracy theoriest. This makes me wish that the internet would go away in general. Yes, I'm aware that getting rid of the internet will put our world back 20 or so years. But hey, people need to pay for their apathy and willingfull ignorance towards internet censorshit and the abuse of copyright laws.

  • @Justinfhtube This fight is going to go on for a long time

  • @AngryAussie Are you sure? You don't think that government likes to capitalize on people's apathy and willingful ignorance? Based on what I've seen in the news, the government can (and has done) whatever it wants because the majority of people let it happen. It's the people's job to keep government power in check and we (as in the global community), continues to fail in doing so.

  • @Justinfhtube It's either going on for a long time or it will be lost
