I really don't understand how Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Obama was allowed to run for President. As a paralegal, I've prepared many adoptions; and when a child is adopted and there is a name change, their previous birth certificate is ordered to be expunged. The birth certificate isn't necessary. It is established fact that his father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth, which made him a British subject. He therefore isn't a natural born citizen. The last U.S. president born a British subject was Franklyn Pierce, and he was specifically grandfathered under the Article II provisions because he was born before the ratification of the Constitution. Does this bother anyone?

It exists in the Constitution. You are equating "native born citizen" as in Wong Kim Ark, to "natural born citizen." Look at all the presidents: excepting those born before the ratification of the constitution (and specifically grandfathered under Article II, Section I) they all were more than just native-born U.S. citizens: every one of them had 2 parents who were citizens at the time of their birth. This prevented any dual-citizenship or allegiance to any country other than the United States.

No, natural and native are not the same thing. "Natural born citizen" appears only in Article II of the constitution. It appeared in a law from 1795, but the law was subsequently reworded and removed the term. It doesn't appear in the 14th amendment. And if you have the naturalization records for William Arthur, please post them. Chester claimed both his parents were U.S. citizens at his birth. It could be that he lied - but how does that help Obama?

The ORIG birth certificate is KENYAN, containing the doctor's name, date/time of birth, baby's weight, length of baby, etc. YOU show a Certificate of Live Birth. The tracking number leads to the real birth certificate. (That is why it was blacked out.) He is not a natural born citizen. His college records are also sealed. There he was from Indonesia, where his mother married again, and he was a citizen there with a different last name, Soetero. Those records also unavailable. Coincidence?
