how not to... you just squat deep and do cleans... sheesh...
Mehmet Yılmaz da Pyross Dimas hayranıymış bunuda öğrenmiş olduk. Ama Pyross Dimas benim içnde çok Naimden sonra 2. sıradadır. Büyük halterci, onun videolarını izlemenizi tavsiye ederim.
