@temospreamo hmmmm, this is probably not the place for this discussion, but I believe religion does the opposite of that...it controls you instead of the other way around. And in your last sentence you are doing the same...telling others (in this case me) what to do. I have the freedom of thinking and saying what I want, even if that is offensive for others. That is the beauty of free thinking...without some book telling you how to live.

Parents should correct their children if needed (not pysically of course)but need to give them the freedom to make their own mistakes,not control them and tell them what to do. If you have parents like that I feel sorry for you. Real learning is not achieved by telling someone what to do, but by example
