  • BEAUTIFUL! i sang this for my choir and I absolutely love love love this!!!! :)

  • absolutely amazing....like this song...

  • Thank you posting this video. There are now far more in numbers who can appreciate this wonderful performance than those lucky and wise enough to be there in person on that day.

  • Absolutely beautiful. Such an amazing director!

  • PERFECT! in every way! we're doing this in high school, for competition in April. This has set the bar high....

  • i lovee this

  • There are shameful numbers in attendance for such a wondrous performance!

  • very good! I'd like to perform these songs with my choir. Where can I find them? thanks

  • GREAT JOB!!

  • Absolutely, brilliantly executed and performed, I've heard many choirs perform this but this is one of the best performed. The thing some conductors miss is the holding out of the chords during passing notes, that gives the song the magical tension and makes the arrangement work. I also love how the choir retarded and the beginning of the different sections also gave the piece a sense of variety as the only word in the piece is "Alleluia", great job, loved it!

  • I love this alleluia UTAH SINGERS ARE REALLY GOOD!

  • I love the dynamic contrast at 3:17-3:20! It's my favorite part!

  • Simply angelic! This song brings back memories of when I did this this in my high school choir. Keep it up :-D

  • A foretaste of Heaven!

  • Beautiful! :)

  • One of the first pieces I'm performing with my college choir. Fantastic job,I can only hope we're anywhere near as good!

  • just beautiful!

  • i love this song, especially for the ending of C major turned into C minor. The alto sounds so beautiful. And the 32nd bar into 33rd, I can feel the perfect "poco allargando." perfect!

  • @vilcolal simplemente impresionante

  • Why would anyone need to post an ad on this site? Especially about online dating with strangers??? There are so many perverts out there....I guess there is no escaping them....even on a site that just wanted to praise the good Lord.

  • this is so beautiful! my high school madrigal group is singing alleluia, and i came on to youtube to find something to practice my part with. this is what i imagine the conductor wanted...precisely. down to each and every swell. you guys made me really understand the beauty of this song of just one word. i wasn't expecting that. so thanks!

  • I found you on Easter morning but now I want to hear this a couple of times each day. It plays when I'm falling asleep and plays when I'm preparing for the day. • Amazing. The climax brought me chills. I love the strong men.

  • As an experienced singer, I think that this is, by far, the most musical, cohessive, well-balanced and pitch-centered choir I've ever heard. I've enjoyed all your postings immensely. Keep up the fantabulous work; and thanks so much for sharing it with us.

  • great refinement! and a GREAT word!

  • that was really nice

  • is there a way I can download this song? is there another good recording like this out there?

  • @timesfive5 Our recording of this piece is available on our newest CD "Endless Song" which is available for purchase through our website and is also available for download on iTunes & Amazon. The CD was recorded entirely in Europe in churches and venues like this as we toured 7 different countries and competed at the Marktoberdorf International Chamber Choir competition. If you like this recording, you'd like the CD! :) Thanks for watching!

  • @timesfive5 download the software called RealPlayer and you can download youtube videos then use its converter to converter to an audio file. That is what I do

  • you guys did so wonderful everything was great...so love that song

  • This was a FABULOUS performance!! I remember performing Alleluia for our final concert my sophomore year of high school and we sucked stink weed in comparison. I remember Dr. Allred as well. He was the one who conducted our All State choir in 1996 in Elko, NV. He is an AWESOME music director.

  • gorgeous!!

I love listening to your performance of this piece :)

    Regards!

  • great job! n always beautiful.

    yes

    i praise You, Lord. alleluia.

  • A wonderful song, beautifully sung. It really sounds great in that church. Such singing must be exactly what they're built for. Lots of space filled with voices.

I love 8-part-choirs. This will become a favorite.

Unfortunately there seem to be few people attending :-(.

  • Oh, and on a second note: Best part is 3:00. Soooooo beautiful, how it shifts to minor and the altos come forward and morph it back into the original theme... *sigh*
