  • Damn..!!!! It's so easy.!! Thanks for help me with this video..!!!!

  • Hello,

Is it possible to upgrade the nb305 to 4gb??

  • @josiph87 sure, but its a waste unless u install a 64bit OS...

  • @josiph87 Well you got utilized around 3 of the 4 gigs , so it helps a little

  • So what's the main improvement with this upgrade?

  • @diogo20carvalho its mainly due to upgrading the OS from Win7 starter to the full Win7 home. recommended settings/hardware is 2GB of RAM. if you are satisfied with Win 7 starter, this upgrade isnt really necessary

  • @HPGolfer101 Ok, thanks once again ;P

  • The system runs faster with this upgrade? I heard people say it doesn't :S

  • @diogo20carvalho i think you may only notice a difference if you upgrade the OS in addition to the hardware.

  • @HPGolfer101 Ok thanks man ;)

  • @HPGolfer101 Really? Why wouldn't I notice a difference if I didn't upgrade and kept the Starter edition?

  • @christinagandolfo because as far as i know win 7 starter cannot utilize more than 3gb of ram. a 64 bit OS is required for the utilization of 2x2. so its a bit of a waste if you dont upgrade the OS as well.

  • Came with a 1 GB stick and I replaced that with a 2 GB stick

  • Thanks man my dad has the same netbook and now i can give him some more ram for christmas of something.

  • @graveF34R np. glad it helped!

  • How much ram did you have at the start? And how much did you upgrade it too.

  • @xXSuperToasterXx Came with a 1 GB stick and I replaced that with a 2 GB stick
