@ckwlsdnr2 For this dungeon its not the boss thats dangerous... its the mobs that spawn. You can't dodge forever and you will get hit even if it was just the boss. The 8900 defense is to make it so you dont get 2 shotted if you make a few mistakes. There are few boss's that you can completely evade and never get hit and said boss's require hours of practice.

@ckwlsdnr2 For a sword lann, thats actually true. Sword lann has no real need to defense stack because of how slip dash works. But, ingkell's is really the only exception. Because of those damn helldogs. When you play sword lann. You FULLY concentrate on the boss and predicting his attack patterns. It requires A LOT of concentration and quite a bit of practice to play the class right. Which is why most people go spears. But I've been swords since CB. And honestly, its more fun. :P

@ddddrazen later in 5min-13min he gets hit and loses hp. the First few minutes he doesn't get hit at all, he slip dashes once every 1 slash of the boss and the trick on this is to slip dash towards the boss .. his max in slip dash to so he got invulnerability for a couple of milliseconds each slip dash. This is the Premiere version too and Raidhunter is a Pro. on Lann.

@pauliazz94 the upper armor is ingkells chestplate, the greaves are passionate deburakke? (or however it's spelt), the boots look like dark crest, and i think the helm is beholders mask. not sure about the gloves but im guessing they're dark crest as well.

Just wondering... how'd you go about practicing Slip Dash? I'm playing Sword Lann on NA server and have a great pair of weps and a good set of armour.....but they're useless since I'm the worst Slip Dasher ever.... D: So any tips on how you mastered it?? I'm practicing on Cold Imich atm -_-

@MMODominator you have to master slipdashing for each boss individually. Every bosh has different timmings so there is no way to just master overall slipdashing and then be able to slipdash perfectly bosses you've never encountered before. Start learning those attack patterns and hitboxes! that's the only way to get this good at slipdash.

@MMODominator u may not master it as good as he did but if u eventually dont mastere it when there's not point playing lann. That probably the only skill that people play lann for. How can u mastere it? keep playing againts boses (solo), maybe try some low lvl hero quests.

There's definitely multiple sets of armor in there. Ingkells mixed with either Black Hammer or the Colru set.

I know a Lann in NA that has 8.6-8.7k DEF with a very similar setup.

Im still curious on how he get 8.9k def.... lets take ingkell for example. +10 sentinel only give out 5424..... thats mean the character has to squeeze out 3476 def... how?? Is there any extra thing he did on the armour or the character itself?

@celine900916 hes not wearing ingkells. Its probably swift hammer fused with the gear. But there are alot of factors that can do this.

+10 Gear with 4 sentinel ES can give a player around 7500 DEF with Cadet Badge. Warlord ES adds 130 DEF to each accessory so thats an extra 500 making is 8k. the other 900 i have no clue where he couldve gotten that from.

Assuming the rest of the armor isn't fused he's wearing the Ingkells Chestplate/Gauntlets with the Colru Greaves/Boots. Every 2 AGI adds 1 DEF so if he had maxed Defense mastery (+420) and around 1k AGI that would yield the necessary 900 DEF.

It's always increased by a FRACTION OF A SECOND, because if anything why would rC or rB have .27 and have r7/r6 to .3 only? It wouldn't make sense, because it's a fraction of a second like I said. It adds up, and the total afaik is a second and a half. That's a LOT already, compared to low level slip dash.
