@mikeFOX2400 Yes it can, do some research first and you'll see that if you prevent Nincada from evolving until level 24, when you evolve it at 25 it gets Swords Dance and the Shedinja does too.

@mikeFOX2400 You may not be able to TEACH the TM to it, but if you keep Nincada from evolving til' level 25, it gives you Swords Dance on Nincada at the evolution screen, and Shedinja always copies Ninjask's moves. | ATM it gets Swords Dance, Shedinja copies it.

@GeezzLuis good question, serebii will help but ill tell ya now, lvl up its pre-evolution past lvl 20 where it would normally evolve, evolve nincada to lvl 25 and let it evolve and then when ninjask tries to learn swords dance let it learn it, then when you look Shendina should have gotten it

@Shaosprojects did you lvl the nincada to lvl 25 and when it evolved to ninjask do you teach it swordsdance? I think you just have to teach it swordsdance when it evolves and not the other moves

I could bet that the person your fighting had no idea what a shedninja was lol. They tended to use stat altering moves which really dont matter against shedninjas. Regardless, very nice battle!

@MugenHeadNinja technically when you have a ninjask,you will need a free space in your team for shedinja for it will come immedietly after nincada evolution.So shedinja will have 1 HP to begin with...but it has an ability called wonder guard to potect it from any attacks except for shedinja's weaknesses...

You see, Shedinja has this ability called Wonder Guard which is a special ability just for Shedinja.

Wonder Guard only let's you get killed by moves that are super effective against you, in this case, Shedinja's weaknesses are: Rock, Fire, Flying, Ghost, and Dark, and status problems like, Sandstorm, Hail, Burn, and Toxic, because if Shedinja has like, 100 hp, he'd be too powerful.

That was awesome.I use toxic instead of WoW, but I think both moves work well on Shedinja. In a battle yeterday, my shedinja also swept some pokemons( it wasn´t a lead), but the battle had too much hax, so it wasn´t really as awesome as this battle.

@Caranthir250 I like WoW just in case I get stuck on Steels like you saw (Empoleon and Skarmory being prime examples), and it REALLY helps if a Gyarados or Mence tries to come in and use Stone Edge. That way if SE hits, I'm only out a sash and I can burn it. If it misses, I can get some damage in (I'm usually boosted when they bring it in though).

@KwandaoRen66 Yes, in yesterday´s battle my oponnent used many things that I would love to burn: Empoleon, Lucario and Gliscor. But oh well, it worked out nicely, and I was happy with that =D.
