I live in Virginia and we actually get a good number of spinners and blacktips as well as king mackeral and cobia in the mid to late summer that migrate up the coast. Me and a couple of friends of mine saw a pair of spinners workin a bait ball just off the beach and they were doing the same thing this one was. We watched 'em for at least half an hour. The ocean is so fuckin' cool.
