  • "Demonstration! Fantastique! Un, deux, trois!! Beee, beeee"!!

  • It's funny to see that the assistant has a more italian accent, rather than french.

  • @groar86 Yes - it happens often. I'm French and English speakers imitating my accent always kind of italianize it.

  • Haha! Micheal laughed while putting the mustache bk on Johns face. Lol!

  • I'm French and I'll try here to translate this into English. Text between stars is inapprehensible. Text between brackets is what I think the character meant. What is between square brackets is said by the guy without the moustache. The rest of the text is what a French could understand.

Good evening, here we have the modern *diram (diagram)* of a franco-english sheep. It's not the *bele...pah*... Now, when the *uu* rise the *blbl mehmeh*, like this, we have in the head the cabin [oh well!],

  • where stands the little English captain Mr Trubshore. [cheers Bryan, *whatever you are*]. Ok, ok, ok, and now I present you my colleague the famous *crushion/tart (professor)* Jean Bryan Jean de Badie.

Good evening, and now I have the sheep and I you the you at the I the sheep of *landing* during the *wheels*, good [good! The *wheels* here!]. It's formidable isn't it? And good when ah! *abrujalon...* of the plane of the *bebebebe* of the *ouh...beee* of the behind the sheep

    *bom...chuc*.

  • @boumbh I think it's "Monsieur Crabshaw", but that's just me.

Also, it's "my colleague the famous poof", 'poof' being GB slang for gay.

I think this is my favourite MP clip ever :)

  • @KatieAtLarge

It's Monsieur Trubshaw. Brian (hence Vive Brian, wherever you are) Trubshaw was the Concorde chief test pilot.

  • @tantive4 Oh, thank you very much for the very valuable background information :)

  • [Ah, thank you very much, uh, keep the track, hum?] Yeah, shut up good. [Ah sorry.] But... Where is the luggage? [Where is the luggage?] Where is the passenger? [the passenger?] Gaspard! [Please.]

Thank you. The passengers, the lugage! They are here! First class, two, third, lugage. [Oh ! One two three one two three one two three]

And now *onomatopees and english speaking*. Fantastic demonstration *over three (on three)*. One, two, three...

  • Thank you for the translation! I kinda guessed most of it, but it's just not the same as having a French guy do it.

  • I like the French; they think well.

  • i heart a few words "and now" and "thanks alot"

  • wait... that's real french?

    that makes it double hilarious!

  • I'm french and if the accent is strange, the sketch is hilarious

  • XDDD I saw this sketch three years ago when I started taking French, and I had no idea what was going on. Now I'm in French IV Honors and I'm cracking up :D

  • Yeah, I'm in French II and I can understand a lot of what they say, but sometimes they say stuff really fast, so it's hard for me to catch all of it :) It's still SO hilarious, though, when you don't know what they're saying! :D

  • What provoked them to come up with this idea? Better yet, how in the world do they come up with any of their ideas!
