  • They are cute..! Beautiful, thou I confess as a former ex pat Kiwi girl from NZ. The farmers down under slaughter time is between 3 weeks to 3 months we consider that as (Lamb.) Having grown up on this, must say it is succulant, tender.. anything older we consider it (Mutton.) tougher meat. Ratio: 47 sheep/1 head population or more.
