sweet band, they are power metal combined with good old heavy metal (maiden - they even admit it). Going to see Sabaton in 2 days and they will support them. Looking very forward , they play some awsome power/heavy music ! \m/

Yeah they sound quite similar to maiden when it builds up at the beginning (the ol' galloping style of maiden that is)

This only applies to the first album though. Tabula Rasa sounds completely different.

Both albums are killer though, so it's a win-win situation! \m/

Sabaton is an awsome live-band and they make me proud to be swedish. But just to stay on topic to this vid I have to say that this song kicks ass ^^

@XSkallagrimsonX Can you explain why having a certain band from your country makes you proud to be from your country? Because where I'm from, the founding principles of my country makes me proud of being from my country.

@ThrashTillDeath73 Why would founding principles make you proud of being from a country? Hell, why would anyone be proud of something that's a complete accident of birth? Pride should be something one has by the actions of their own hands...not a bunch of ideas associated with lines on a map. You might as well just say you're "Proud" to be 6 foot tall, or "Proud" to have a certain natural hair color....You didn't do shit to earn that sense of Pride...what a load of bollocks.

@JRock589 So let me get this straight...having a band from your country is more worthy of having your pride for said country, but founding principles, not so much? Forget about the accident of birth aspect...(would make a good album title, no?) Seriously, in my case, Judeo-Christian values, with a sense of individualism with guaranteed rights that come from God...not government, because any government big enough to give you everything, is big enough to take it away.
