  • question... if i go into the new ME i can be a full time active duty person? or is it just reserve?

  • When I was in this was a Reserve Rating not a full-time "regular" rating. Is it now a full-time rating?

  • @popeye1250 Actually, the PS rating is going away. It is replaced by the new ME - or Maritime Enforcement Specialist - which has both active duty and Reserve opportunities.

  • Do you use the MP5A3 9mm?

  • to anybody

  • Hi clan E.

  • I hope to be eather a PS or a BM im doing reserves. (once i get my asvab score up)

  • Our primary rifles are the M16A2 and M4 Carbine. We also use the Remington 870 police magnum riot shotgun.

  • Do you get the choice if you want to carry the M16, M4 or the 12 gauge?

  • Do PS's go to Iraq?

  • I think they do.

  • yes, if not, you can request a deployment. All the help they can get is the best.

  • i hope u want to be deployed to a combat zone. if u dont, then why the fuck do u want to join the service and especialy cary a rifle. ud be such a fucking pussy if thats the case. if it is the case ur a groupie, not in the rock band.

    PUSSY....

  • is this active duty or reserve?

  • We do use the .40 cal now instead of the 9mm Berettas.

  • Does the Coast Guard use the Sig Sauer P-229 .40 now instead of the Berettas?

  • we use the P229 DAK for law enforcement work and the Beretta m9 for OCONUS.

  • Do you also use the M16A3?
