  • That is bloody amazing.

  • Prbably the best way to build a crazzy upper body.

  • @MoronHunterD depends what your goals are, if its just plain bodybuilding youre better off in the gym, but for extreme strength to bodyweight ratio this is the way to go

  • @MoronHunterD

I remember him at 14 years old... he allready had a lot of muscles by then so this is a proces of many many years.

  • R.I.P.

    yuri van gelder

  • @kokowitsch ? tell me.

  • @fireworks1997 a car accident.....

  • @kokowitsch When was that? I can't find any record of this.

  • Props, that's some strong stuff, I bet the negative people posting couldn't perform half of the stuff in the video.

  • Both weight lifting and rings worth training, It's not about the tool you utilize, but your objectives and results. As an athlete, I use the rings/bars to upper body and core strength, but I also perform squats with weights, and other exercises to supplement my work. This discussion is worthless, of which one is more useful than another. And also don't overlook so much the gymnastic, yes, they're awesome, but the oly lifters are very strong too and can lift 3x their weight above the head.

  • @awickedmove i just feel its ridiculous to train your whole life to swing on some ropes for 1 minutes

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh In weightlifting you have a couple of moves which you perform with as much weight as you can. Improving your lift technique allows you to lift more without getting injured. Imagine if you had hundreds of moves like this to master, just with more muscle groups used per move. Explosive strength, maximum strength, flexibility and endurance all in one package. 10 moves per apparatus (hundreds to choose from) and 6 apparatuses. Now that's an ultimate sport!and yet so underappreciated

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh Dude, that's just plain stupid. If you look at it like that, nothing is worth training for. It's the most lazy attitude you can have towards life.

  • gymnasts like him, pound for pound some of the strongest people

  • Dutch pride <3

  • shiiitt . . . nice landing.

  • Astonishing control and strength. A near perfect routine.

  • that inverted cross is absolutely beautiful!

  • that invert is absolutely beautiful!!!

  • what a retarded fucking sport..

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh

well this "retarded fucking sport" gets people just as strong, if not stronger, than you and your pussy ass "19 years of bodybuilding". why don't you actually try the sport before ridiculing it you fucking faggot... >:/

  • @caseysbacon No fag...your a retard..he might be able to lift his body...but can he squat or deadlift over 500 lbs? and bench over 400? no..your a fucking noob... i don't try homosexual shit..thanks though....

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh HAHAHAAHAHA what a faggot. Upload a video doing a maltese. Well, I will make you easier, upload one doing a full planche. I bet you can't do even a straddle planche, or a V-sit.

Continue lifting 1 million lbs on your squats, and taking steroids for breakfast. And do not forget to come back to your troll cave and keep sucking some dicks.

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh hahaha dude, im a rings specialist and my gf does promowork, checked out your profile with your display video of your bum. And no i cant deadlift 500lbs but at least i dont take it up the ass

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh Yeah, most of them can.

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh you lift weights? you still not a man. you're still a loser.

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh better shut the fuck up-lifting weights is a lot more easier than this. You just fuckin lift and that's it. Here the largest amount of work required - stretching, technical elements, stability and static strength. And yeah- lifting weights too to keep your tendons more safe with a bigger muscles covered. You need a steel inside your body to do this. Perfect body control. Better than power-lifters with bellies bigger that themselves who can't even go up the stairs=)

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh The Viking of Disapproval turns his head and looks right at you.....

  • All I can say is WOOOOW ...

I wish I can ever do that O_o

  • Power to weight, he is amazing. Yea sure there may be guys who could lift more all out weight, but to push their own bodyweight and hold positions would be impossible for them. To me, this is what true fitness is. Not overgrown, over supplemented muscle mag freaks.

  • @TheTruthHurtsYup I agree!!!!!!

  • !!!BEASTEST!!!
