why does the clinical classification scheme: micronodular or macronodular be clinically misleading?

@3mr3R41n I greatly object to this term, because classically NODULES are the sine qua non for CIRROSIS. So, imho, if there are NO TRUE NODULES, then there is NO TRUE CIRRHOSIS. What school are you at?
