สาเหตุ เกิดจากการทรุดตัวของชั้นใต้ของทางท้ายเขื่่อน และ ทางข้าวเขื่อน underwentไม่มีเสถียรภาพทำให้น้ำไหลทะลักออกมาทางด้านท้ายเขื่้อน

Here in Elliot lake, ontario canada we have had multiple tailings dam's failures over the last 60 years.
Except we have the lovely Thorium-230, radium-226, and the much sought after radon-222
We have also experienced "accidental" spills due to lack of training.
GO NUCLEAR POWER!
