Thanks...I am actually Indian and we don't really use "curry" powder....But, I checked for it on the net and it turns out to be a mixture of many spices that I have in my spice cabinet:) Thanks for taking the time out and letting me know though:)

@MoOOwnagee it's really fibrous so unless you finely finely minced it, it's kinda chewy and lots of people don't like to use it. But I have to say that her way of peeling a ginger is very wasteful. She pretty much threw half of the ginger away after she peeled it. Just use a spoon instead.
