The 3-on-4 sounded wrong. And I really don't like that kit's sound. No offense.
The quintuplets were cool, though. There's so much you can do with quintuplets and accents - syncopating or re-arranging accents on quintuples can create lots of interesting rhythyms. Many non-musical people mistake it for tempo changes. My fave is 3-2 to 2-3 and back again, so |1| 2 3 |4| 5 : |1| 2 |3| 4 5
