This involves their extraordinary jaw strength and their inbred tendency to bite and not let go, to increase tautness of bite, and result in strangling. Most people who buy this breed do so to adhere to a fashion trend promoted by rap artists, not by a true affection for the breed.

When raised correctly these dogs are great animals but when you see fucking ghetto rats using these dogs to fight it scares us normal people. Props for being a real pit owner and caring about the breed. I have one as well and she is the best and nicest dog i know. I turn people away from these myths everyday and each one is a true success for me.

Look up ATTS temperment test and find out that pitbulls do better than most dogs you have in your homes today. So suck on that for a while!
one thing i know never play with a pitt bull ore a amstaff you will get a dog who will got much energi and also wake is fighting instict. I got a bitbull and i never play with him amdim letting the dog to play for him self. and for that i got a very calm dog who never cares about something =))
I disagree, that's a myth. Pit Bulls don't have an inbred fighting instinct. They have an instinct to love and be loyal. We've had two. If you came to our fence they thought you were only there to play with them. They didn't understand aggression.
