  • @Rolandvids That's cool, thanks for the info!

To be honest he's one of those incredible artists that eventually i hope to collect his whole back catalogue.

  • @15chipshops

I don't blame you. I have four of his cds and it just doesn't seem like enough. HE wasn't around long enough. He was one of my favorites.

  • I used to see Son a lot on the South Side of Chicago. One night at the Flamingo Lounge I heard him doin' Bill Doggett's "Honky Tonk" pulled out a dime got on the

phone & called Alligator Honcho Bruce Iglauer and said "Hey you oughta check this guy out".. I'm sure glad Bruce took my advice and bet you are to.

  • @wesrace1 i use to hang out on 43 rd street with junior wells and bb odom and buddy and johnny dollar and all those cats why dont you do that for james johnson and is bradys still open i jammed with the kinsey report there

  • Son Seals helped me get through my

20s. Love how the solo builds in this song, you get lost in it. "Trouble, Trouble" is great too, check out some Lowell Fulson too (anyone that is reading this)

  • Son was the King of Chicago!

I saw him in his lemon-yellow suit, he just came out and kicked ass with his blues craft! Blew me away!

  • SON IS THE MAN ALWAYS WILL BE!!!!!!

  • Yes, Five star blues *****+ !!

  • Son is missed..
