i figured out the problem. there was a pin, i'm guesssing its the pin that holds the ejector pin in place, was sticking out the side of the handle. once i pushed it back into place the binding issue with the ejecter pin was solved. i've put about 800rnds thru mine and this was the only issue i've had. and that was an oversite by me. hahaha! well keep on shooting? its a great gun! :)
I haven't had the ejector get stuck ever. When you pull the slide off, can you tell if the ejector is binding with any other mechenisms? I'm not an expert, so I would suggest having your local gun smith check things out. I've put around 300 rounds through my SR-40 to date and everything is still operating smoothly. I realize that isn't a ton of ammo, but it's enough to have seen any immediate issues. Sorry to hear you are having any issues with it at all.

i'm having a problem with the "ejector pin" being stuck half way i tried doing it w/ an empty mag and nothing. any clue on how to get it unstuck?
