Anyone on this planet will tell you that I am the biggest BetteHead and biggest little monster there has ever been.

Both Delores DeLago and Yuyi are completely different characters.

Delores is a lounge singer and sings disco style music! Plus has a lot to say on all kinds of matters.

Where as Yuyi is still under development, there is so much more to be done with her.

The difference between the two in the end will be Bette as the comedienne and Gaga as the one who puts the serious tone to it.

@Zodija Bette was playing a character in this. This character, "Delores Delago" is a lounge singer who happens to be a mermaid. There is a video on here somewhere that explains the reason for her being the mermaid lounge singer. In order for Delores to get on stage and perform, she uses a wheel chair for most of her act. I seen this on HBO when it aired, it was a great show. Very awesome entertainer.

Bette has a reoccurring character that she's performed since about 1980 named "Delores Delago (The Toast of Chicago)" who was played as a lounge-singing mermaid. The bit usually centers around Delores trying to "make it to the big room", while playing seedy bars, lounges, etc. The character is infamous for singing the cheesiest of songs in a big manner. I saw her perform this number twice in the early 1980's in Boston and Providence in her "Art or Bust" tour. Shortly after this, she passed out during this number and the singing kept going because due to the strenuous physical activity they couldn't sing it and dance it at the same time so it was recorded and they lip-synced it. Small scandal but it was forgivable because she is such an amazing performer.
