  • You might want to do some research: 14 gauge cold rolled copper has a yield strength is 51,800 psi compared to 6,700 psi of annealed copper. (12.9 times more - given the same gauge) Yield strength is is an indication of a .2% movement under stress. As you can see, our sinks are significantly stronger. These are not my numbers - Google it and you will find the same information.

  • not all annealed copper reacts the way you discribe.
