  • That's great !!!!

    Love the music :)

    /watch?v=fBMrc_sW3T4 Greetings from poland :)

  • What is the name / artists behind the Kung Fu Fighting Remix?

  • has anyone found any "how to" videos online?? im pretty confident on skates, but wouldn't know where to begin with this..

  • wow how long did it take you guys to learn those basic 8 swerves (sorry i dont know what they are called) when you first started? Great video!!!

  • cool!

  • I want to get into rollerblading more. What brand of rollerblades would you recommend?

  • i just found my new hobby

  • jajaj buenisimo y aparte entretenido :)

  • just WONDERFUL.

  • Love it!! You guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome!! friends of mine skate with the same movements, the same figures and they are from Madrid (Spain). I am what you call "an aspiring one", but it is really hard. My friends do it so well that I feel shame practising with them so I am looking for tutorial videos for begginers to practice on my own, but I don't find them. All that I find are great performances but impossible to follow from my low level. Great country Singapore, I was there 10 years ago.

  • Favourite :)

  • Ok,Fajnie.Pozdrawiam.Piotr.

  • soo coool

  • muito bom cara

  • Man.. I wanna do that. But i totally forgot how to skate after 1.5 years.

  • Dude! you guys are awesome! :D Loved this vid!

  • why bui-bui over there acting like beggar. damn funny lolz.

  • what type of skates do you guys use?

  • I like how almost all of them have this english first name and then an asian last name xD

Were you all really born like that, or did you pick those as nicknames? I'm looking at you, "Terence"!

  • @AngelBiLove hello! (: if you do a bit of research on singapore, you'd find out that we were once a british colony, hence many of us were born with english names although our roots being asian, giving us our asian surnames. it's a cosmopolitan country, comprising primarily chinese, followed by malays, indians, and a small percentage of other races. and yes, those are our actual names written on our birth certificates if that's what you're asking (:

  • @stratokwaster Oh lol really :O that does explain xd Still looking at you Terence -looks- lol na jk jk :)

  • @AngelBiLove The true reason for the English first name and Asian last name (actually the English name is an alias, not first name) is the believe that having an English alias would add to their coolness, aura, "whiteness", etc... (you get the idea).

One way to explain it is their cultural insecurity.

But mind you, not all of them feel the need to tag along an English alias.

  • @allfieldsrequiredyt1 have to agree with that to a certain extent. then again, most of us didn't have the liberty of picking our names, our parents did that for us. for some of us, they are officially considered our first names in b&w, for others, they are aliases... just like how i have a friend who has ONLY a chinese name, but he tells everyone else to call him "andrew", even though that isn't part of his certified name. at the end of the day, it's just a name... why fret? (:

  • nice video

  • Lol i luv this video xd fav

  • @AngelBiLove also, i had to use the passwoord Boodism to get my comment placed lol... asian culture, buddhism? nevermind

  • Excellent and funny freestyle slalom video!!! :-)

    Best regards from Barcelona (Spain)

  • awesome! Respect :D

  • OK,Fajnie .Pozdrawiam.Piotr z Sosnowca.

  • @stratokwaster not that i hate them it just like looks slalom skating gay and i jsut wanted to try it out ....

  • @skatemeiser you're a fuckin idiot

  • @devastaticon lolz

  • @skatemeiser sup homophobe.

  • @skatemeiser Because that would honestly change the fact that he's a good skater. I see your logic there....

  • @PiccuPie afcourse

  • @skatemeiser And what's wrong with that? You're from a small town I guess, yes?

  • @VincentValarie nope i grown up anti gay and im happy to im not some religion arse i dont live in a small town i live with ppl who dont care but i do cause i fidn it disgusting gf

  • @skatemeiser got something against gays, ya narrowminded homophobic dipshit? The people who invented mathematics, philosophy, economics, politics and democracy were guys who bummed each other.

  • What skate should I use for normal skating for like... Beginner slalom? Withing 300-500 dollars

  • Great vid ;)

  • Anyone knows which kind of wheels should i use for slalom as a start? or just use normal skates with my normal wheels?

  • got lots of inspiration from you, awesome vid!!!

  • I have never seen roller blading of this caliber before. I would vote to have them in the Olympics. Each contestant draws their song from posible six musical numbers from a fishbowl. I just love this stuff and I am 72 years old.

  • Rollerblade wheels size?

  • irgendwann, ja so spätestens in 2 jahren bekommt ihr burschen konkurrenz, denn ich rufe aus dem gehölz : Ich bin der WOLFGANG aus Bad Tölz.

    Coaching by Master Pia :-)

  • LOL! Loved it!! Sadly There aren't many free space for skaters in the east :( I'm on my 2nd day of practice after buying new skates, using the "tips/tricks" on your website ;) Yesterday I tried the ramps at east coast skate park. haha. & after watching this my blood is boiling again!! thanks! it's like indirect coaching xD

  • @crystallaire hello east sider! yeah kinda agree there is not much training space in east compared to other areas. im still trying to find more awesome spots. Train hard!

  • Hey man, I need some advice on slaloming.

Should I do a Full rocker setup on my skates - ( 76 mm wheels on the top and bottom of the skate and two 80mm wheels in the middle ), or just keep it classical as in 80mm on the whole skate?

I was also wondering if any of you guys do this kind of setup. Please reply, would be much appreciated :).

  • @tehsilentsoul I use rocker setup(76/80) coz its much easier compared to a flat setup. most slalomers that i know also use rocker setup.

  • @tehsilentsoul use a camber with two smaller wheels in the front and back

  • oh my god! you guys are awesome at inline slalom skating! can't wait till the next performance!!! (:

  • i love the last scene XD

  • what skates should I use to start slalom skating?

  • name of the second song plz!!!!

  • inline skating for my life <3

  • Wow these guys are amazing! I jamskate and i have outstanding respect for anyone that can do this because they use alot of similar footwork that jammers use like the grapevine and toe jam(crazy leg). Great job and just keep skating.

  • how much is the Seba High Deluxe ??

  • thats so amazing ! wanna learn it to, but don't know how ! can anybody tell me the "first steps" to slaloming ? really wanna learn it ! and, can you do this with with every skates, or do you need special ones?

  • @ClessAlbia

I'm just a hockey skater, but it looks like these guys predominantly use hockey skates. Mission is a good brand to start out with. Oddly enough, local stores are usually cheaper than online, but be sure you get some that fit you. Then, start at a local skating rink or somewhere where you can build up some base leg strength and get a hold of just skating. Doing fancier stuff will come naturally later. I'd suggest finding some people with similar interests.

  • @MalcolmCarmen hey bud, sorry to burst your bubble, but don't go around spreading inaccurate information. None of us were using hockey skates. We're all using freestyle skates (: But then again you're not wrong, you can use hockey skates to slalom too. All you have to do is rocker your wheels. I started slalom on recreational skates myself, and some of my roller hockey friends slalom for kicks once in a while in their hockey blades. Try looking for SEBA or FREEWAVE skates. Good Freestyles (:

  • @MalcolmCarmen

    thanks a lot :)

  • what kind if skates would you recommend for a beginner?

  • haha the last part is nice!!!

  • do u reckon u can do some of this tricks on aggressive skates i need more flatland tricks :p - sik skills

  • Awesome la! Creative video.... Jog on the spot leh! lol

  • wooooooooww very very cool!!!!!!!

  • Rollerblade Twister & Fusion perfect too n a bit cheaper :)

  • Because of you I have bought Skates for 350 € and now practice every day ;-) Thank you for the funny video... I love it...

  • awesomee vidd !

so i decided to try slalom skating because i`ve mastered the basics of rollerblading now . but , i searched for SEBA F1s , and here in australia its almost $400 - 500 , waaaay out of my budget --' does anyone know any other good freestyle skates ?

    - jenni :)

  • lawl, loved the crosswalk at the end.

  • That was FREAKIN BEASTLY, wish I chill with you guys and learn half of that.

  • can seba frx do freestyle well?

  • can Seba FRX freestyle well?

  • So.... stereotypical...with...the...song..... TOO FUNNY

  • wow I'm just a beginner but when I see you doing this I want to do it too!!! I have to work harder!!! So, I'm going to practice right now hahaha

  • from 4:32 to 4:38 was my favorite part. :)

    great job people.

    best regards from Canada

  • very cool!!! what kind of skates do you recommend me?

  • @vedmoga freestyle skates of course! one of the top brands right now is "seba". go google "seba freestyle skates" (:

  • And some which doesnt cost 200€ ? :P

  • Slalom skates!

  • S.g Pride :)

  • You guys are amazing! ;P

  • @LoveLyricalRideX thanks! =p

  • or seba FR2

  • what skates they are using seba high dulex ?

  • hwy, just wanna ask. If i wanna start on slalom, should i change my frames? because currently my frames are freeline skates frames.

  • try to get a short frame around 239-243mm?? depends on the length of ur frame :)

  • great

  • cool but i remember one of video in youtube about crazy singaporean at 1:00 the place some people kena skol by one uncle

  • I LOVE YOU GUYS i was gonner try aggressive skating, could i use them for this?

  • using aggro skates to slalom will be super difficult cause aggro skate's wheels are too small.

  • The wheel size won't be much of an issue at the beginner level so you can definitely try with aggressive skates.

Your real issues will be to do with the weight of the boot+frame and the hardness+shape of aggressive profile wheels as they are generally harder (and therefore less grippy) and have a flatter surface (which gives less manoeuvrability) then the wheels that slalom skates use.

However, these are only issues that you deal with if you want to get more serious into slalom skating.

  • Thanks for this, i'll take it into account!

  • normally i deeply hate skates-especially inline...but this is impressive

  • I want to be like your guys , cool :-o

But I'm too shy & alittle afraid.

  • @Shakethecamera we all went through that phase. it ultimately lies in your passion for what you wanna do (:

  • wow you are so good

  • hey nice video!! you're all so cool!! and so skilled at it (: I want to skate laike you guys! i'm jealous!

I dont have 250$ right now but how about buying a "fusion x5" are they good for slalom?

  • we'd usually recommend SEBA skates. they're by far one of the best for slaloming! go google 'em!

  • lol...nice xD

  • I distinctly notice the lack of getting arrested in these videos. Is singapore not riddled with anti skating ordinances like so many american cities?

  • mmh, well there's a very clear-cut difference between AGGRESSIVE skating and FREESTYLE skating.

the reason why aggressive skating is not allowed is because grinding results in property getting damaged (vandalism).

freestyle skating on the other hand just utilizes cones and we're not a public nuisance. security guards are fine with us, really (:

  • MAD SKILLZ! :D

(oh, and Hello to the esplanade too.)
