We cannot just create jobs. That is the issue. They will be temporary, and of course, labeled as a state worker. The state will have to pay them, government will be paying the state, and the debt will become a slower payed objective. What needs to be done is erase all those tax breaks for big companies, tax people who make $250,000.00+ a year more than average, and place that in a separate fund just for the debt. But since the Republicans run congress, that's never gonna happen.
