We're no worse then the Sox or Yankees, the fans show up only when they win, because what's the point of going to a game against a good team if you have no chance. Am I right? Though I'm a 100% real fan, I've been a fan since their first game in 98' and only 17 yrs old and have been to over 100 games. I think it's good to see teams with heart, not money actually win for once.

You want to know why they sell out almost every game? Because they BUY their wins, not play them.We played with a $40 million salary cap last year and made it to the world series. The yankees are going to have over 200 this year and I bet won't even make the playoffs. Just because you sign some big FA's doesn't mean you can win. I have respect for boston, but not NY at all.

They should try going from the draft up, like we did, sure it took 10 years but we aren't accused of being cheaters

They have a high payroll because they live in a huge city. We have a medium payroll and live in a medium sized city. It just really shows you that it's not money that counts, it's the chemistry on the team that does. Yankees management is very ignorant to not think about what this has done to MLB itself. I would be fine with a no Salary Cap, but not now. This is complete bullshit. They should at least make a rule to have a limit on how much you can spend on one year in FA.
