Actually, Ingrid Marn, the Swedish lady you speak of, took many of the photos used in the World Anthem. Another major contributor was Steven Newman, the world walker---the first human to walk solo around the world. Photographs came in from generous photographers from all over the world, donating an image or two to make it possible.

If we were to ever unite into a single world government, THIS would NOT be the anthem. This should not even be considered a candidate for the anthem. We would need something upbeat and exciting. I think it's a good song, but for me a World Anthem must be neutral. Instruments of every culture must be in, voices of every language must be mixed and rythms of every music styles must give the power for such an anthem. Then it's the World Anthem.
