  • dont listen to these clowns these are amazing edits. Good Job

  • what software did you use for that HDR Toning?

  • 0:53 This is a perfect example:

How the hell does a complete blue cloudless sky, get all the clouds in the world?

.... you're just adding it in from another photo.

  • Do you morrons even know what HDR pictures are!!!! there spose 2 look this way well done buddy they look flipping awesome!!!

  • HDR is like CGI, its much more effective when you don't know its being used..

  • @Stefanwouldyou Agreed, more professional photographers use it than we think, but in a more subtle way, which is why there are so many teenagers running around saying "HDR is for morons" when it's not. its just used by morons.

that said, 1:27 is pretty cool.. except for way too much tone mapping in the clouds..

  • this type of HDR is a joke to photography. you turned a photo into a ugly oversaturated sketch

  • Seems way to over edited, looks kinda like you used that editor online that all the tweens use to cover up all their imperfections. The shots looked better before you smothered them.

  • @iowen14

    Another moron here!

  • Some of these were well made, some of these were terribly made

  • This is only my opinion but I think that the problem with these photos is NOT the HDR but the processing added afterwards: VERY high clarity and contrast ... over cooked!

  • srsly?.. guys these r the best photos i've ever seen, this is exactly my style, i love the contrast in these photos, good work.!

  • you suck at photography...effin HDR noobs

  • @Bboydragon25

This one is an idiot. Hehehe.

People makes different cars, different clothes and etc. because everyone has it's own taste!

  • I seriously don't like this type of "HDR" just way over done

  • To me these all seem way overprocessed, subtlety in HDR photos can be so much more effective. But thats just my opinion, do your own thing of course.

  • Did you use a software or an in-camera HDR function?

  • is this actual HDR or HDR toning using 1 image and something like hdr effex pro. Be careful of Halo results where it has been overdone. also dont tell us to watch in high quality when your only uploading a 360p video I think that has actually ruined some of your pictures and made them look overdone.

Nice pictures though just tone down the filters a bit.

  • ooooh my god

    amazing work

    keep going

    i'll follow your channel

    i liked your work :-)

  • Hi, what software was used to enhance the photos, Dynamic photo painter?? Just curious thanks in advance.

P.S. I want to create a family picture in this style.

  • i don't like them. way overdone. You're not a photographer, you're just good at photoshop

  • @yackshak agree with you...the skies seem like in a 3D computer game :-D

  • @yackshak So you are the main authority as to who can be a photographer and who cannot?? If so ol'wise one, how about you video reply your photography so the whole workd can see what a "photographer" really is, Put up or shut.......

  • Wow these look AWFUL. You made every one look like a fucking comic book cover.

  • @atticbasementattic

Haven't heard of HDR? You fucking moron!

  • @atticbasementattic yeah...totally crap

  • @HELLSPAWN1973 like the music :D

  • There is no high quality video here!

  • I'm not pro but I think some of them are way overdone.

  • it's too much. more natural would be better, for my taste.

and that you put in a fake sky in every picture is... sad.

for me, hdr is only about the hdr, not retouching in further.

but still nice effort, was much work i guess =)

  • I agree... might as well paint it... Lol

  • Eh, these shots look to cartoony and unrealisitc for my tastes. I love HDR, but not when it is blown out of proportion like this, lol.

  • All these posters banging on about overdone this and that, lets see some of your shots! fucking hdr police

  • Images are shit and unnatural... Especially the sky

  • WOW what some of these are horrible in HDR it's just puked up contrast and colors what a shame

  • Sweeet!

  • 916 here kabayan! 5 stars sayo tol

  • 360p is high quality? huh...

  • u'r HDR-ing to much my friend.. got to tell u the truth.. keep digging anw!

  • did you add those clouds??

  • This is not HDR photography. This is taking the HDR software to places its not supposed to go. You just shuffle the sliders around on the program until you come up with the cliche "HDR" look of overstauration, unreal amounts of contrast, and everything boosted way too far. Real HDR is beautiful and is meant to simulate how your eye would see the world. It is subtle and often noticeable. Its a shame, because a lot of your original pics look great.

  • This music is balls...

  • What the hell do you mean by "Please view in High Quality" It's only a fraken 360pix video . . . duh!!!

  • Life needs an update

  • Black clouds plus black skies in broad daylight = overdone HDR

  • you overdid it i think

  • i would of viewed this in HD, only if that was an option.....

  • what software are u using ?

  • You take average photos and use HDR to turn them into something truly atrocious.

  • here are some of my hdr photos i have done with out using a slr camera, i do not have the money for the big dogg camera, but it turned out pretty good i think. but i like the video, keep it up

  • you have some problems with halo's, but the photos are quite nice!

  • Stop using the cloud effects, please.

  • lol the clouds are so funny nearly as funny as the music, nice try though, the pictures didnt need the fake clouds

  • How do you "add" the clouds? With Photoshop? Synthetically? Presets?

  • Id leave the skies inbetween more rather than having the shadowy crap ur seein ghere.... the foreground/backgorund is sweet but the skies suck... lack color

  • how are you doing your skys, from blue to one like 0.58

  • the song sucks

  • awsom photos and very artistic i only wish i could do as good.

I for one appreciate people like you who make the effort in doing something really good and freely showing us your work and freely giving us advise on how we can achieve such great work.

well done and keep doing it its fantastic and thank you for showing us your work.

Oh by the way the musics good too.

  • HDR? People keep miss-using that term.. there was no photo stacking in this. Topaz adjust does work wonders though.

  • WOW WOW WOW!! PLS can you do a tutorial - I would really like to get this good! U are fabulous and I LOVED the music

  • WOW! TUTORIAL PLEASEE!

  • Awesome HDR photos! Do you have tutorials? Wish you have 1. Just wondering how u made the grass color brown or dead especially on your first slide. Thanks!

  • yeah, as soon as i saw vengaboys as the music, i paused it. leaving this comment and i'm not gonna bother watching your video. Try something a bit more relaxed like bonobo? or a bit quirky like seasick steve?

  • Dynamic-Photo HDR

  • Music schmuusic. The Photos of St. Patrick's are hair-raising. The skies however look too gimmicky/commercial for my taste. Everybody has seen them. You have to have some sense of credibility otherwise they are reduced to candy stripes and circus fare. It takes taste to know when to restrain. Otherwise great work and I'm glad you're pinoy!

  • Who gives a shit about the music ?. I watched this for the images and thought they where all excellent. I couldn't care less about the music, if music is what people are looking for here they should turn on a wireless. Good work in my opinion for what its worth.

  • nice photos but adding clouds in almost every photo wasnt tat smart

  • Hey dude, very nice pics! And for all the people who are only pointing out the music...turn your damn volume down. It's not a post for the music... it's for his art work. Get over it already and give the dude his props.

    Very nice,

    Sell

  • Wow that music is terrible

  • i think there is some photoshop too

am i wrong? cause the clouds

  • fuck your music sucker!

  • hi paturo naman po... hope you upload a tutorial for this processing... more power!! HDR RULES!

  • taga pinas ka?,..

  • what hdr software did you use?

what kind of lens did you use?

  • what camera did you use?don't know how to do this stuff i have here a photomatix and cs5...can somebody teach me how to this HDR's?pinoy here...thankz in advanced!!

  • For the clouds .. what do you use and how do add them in ? some of the pictures are realy dramaticly changed with them .. very nice touch

Would love to know how, im using photomatix and cs5 myself

  • @cacce

And even if some people do not think HDR is special, I do think its still an individual taste and even art form for that matter, its like when synths first arrived they where not looked upon as music instruments, but over time there is hardly any music made anymore with out them... HDR is here to stay, why else would they build it into the new generation of cameras. Anyways, rambeling on .. i Love HDR, hope i get better at it over time.

  • I'm not a photographer, but anyway my only sugestion is use better music.

  • I'am trying to put another slideshow together, any suggestions for music would be awesome!

    Thanks!

  • @MaartePinoy Hey man, i like your photos, i would try leaving some of them with blue skys, i know the cloud thing is your style, but, some times a blue sky is as impressive as a cloudy one, when your dealing with HDR, Good work tho, your tone mapping is spot on.

  • @MaartePinoy something mellow for starters lol

  • @MaartePinoy something like from August Rush, or Gladiator ....that kind of music

  • @MaartePinoy

Trust me, Requiem for a Dream is the best song for any video. You can never, ever go wrong with it.

  • Where exactly was the "Rose Garden" photo in Elk Grove taken? It looks like it was taken at one of the local parks, but which one I'm not sure because I haven't seen this fountain.

  • The "Rose Garden" is located near the corner of Bruceville & Dell Webb blvd in the new unfinished housing developement. South of Khols and north of Whitelock. Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

  • hi i wont ask which program u use for make HDR images? pictures is beautifull

  • I merge in CS4, Tone map in Photomatix Pro then finalize in Cs4 again. Hope this helps. Let me know regardless.

    Thanks!

  • Really nice work and a great encouragement to have a go myself. thank-you! I particularly found the before and after transitions useful.

  • So sorry for the late response, I tend to ignore email alerts concerning You tube due to rude comments. I Thank You for stopping by and would love to help in any way I can in the wonderful world of HDR.

    Thanks!

  • Really nice work and a great encouragement to have a go myself. thank-you!

  • is it just me or you texturise the sky where it is clear ? the sky in some beofre pictures was clear and blue and the after shot was very "cloudy" and some of that texture looked very much like water ;))

  • You are dead on! Sorry, I tend to get bored with skies and as You probably know sometimes when You shoot on a certain day the sky is a bit......plain blue and free of clouds? Hence I add in clouds and a bit of noise to give it the texture.

    Thanks!

  • im lovin it :D

  • Thanks!

  • very cool stuff . is that st patricks in belfast

  • So sorry for the late reply, But no it is not belfast. Although I would love to go there someday!

  • thats sick looks a little like a video game

  • So sorry for the late reply, But yeah I get that a lot with my images.

  • Cool pics, but this music SUCKS!

  • So sorry for the late reply, But Im so open to suggestions! Im thinking of doing another slide show, can you give me some ideas and I will give You the credit?

    Thanks!

  • Far too heavy on the tone mapping if you ask me.

  • So sorry for the late reply, but Yes You are correct on the over the wall tone mapping. Trust me I passed that phase quick! Would be happy to receive future feedback from You on my latest work?

  • Great photos ... I like that concept of using the same photo as motive for expressing different stages of hdr process, being overdone or not ... that`s the way to bring another kind of atmosphere to image and make stage for different impressions

  • ilove it... can you teach me.. ^_^

  • So sorry for the late reply, but sure!!! Just email me again here in you tube.

    Thanks!

  • Photography is an art of the persons taste especially HDR...! For the people complaining about over using HDR.... Go back to using film.... And dont watch this GOSH...... Always complaining of other peoples art work.... By the way love your HDR keep up the good work....!

  • So sorry for the late reply, but You are my new best friend!!! Actually I agree with most of the comments of over processing. I had to tone it up a bit because they were getting a bit too strong on the texturing.

    Thanks for backing me up!!!

  • can u plz tell me wat did u use to get such photos!!! i mean wat program and wat effects did u apply !!

  • @sems501 Photoshop CS2+ and PhotomatiX

  • So sorry for the late reply, but I use Photomatix Pro and Cs4 (Photoshop)

    Thanks!

  • it's like when you're triping on acid...

  • Some truly appalling photos. HDR can really enhance some shots but these are way overdone. I understand its a personal taste issue but I think you made some good photos bad and some bad photos worse.

  • So sorry for the late reply, but I agree with You totally. But as You might know any technique is trial and error to begin with and I quickly learned the "Overdone" effect and adjusted accordingly. I would be glad to get future feedback on my current HDR work coming soon?

    Thanks!

  • I thought the clouds were a tad overkill

the pictures were nice i just didnt like the un-natural skies

  • So sorry for the late reply, But yes the clouds were perty much out there. But sometimes I just hate these "Clear California skies"! Hence I layer them in.

    Thanks!

  • @MaartePinoy cool man some nice pics you have the get me on flickr ... the wrighty belfast

  • I really enjoyed this.

  • So sorry for the late reply, but Thanks!

  • Do you live in Sacramento ....?

  • So sorry for the late reply, But Yes!

    Thanks!

  • sorry ... but were the clouds come from???

  • So sorry for the late reply but.....I add them in sometimes because California has way too many clear skies!

    Thanks!

  • great video of HDR. i'm guessing you're using photomatix for the images.

  • photos are great. HDR really only enhances what is already in the photos. Can't really fake clouds and what not. Just adjust settings and allow them to adjust the photo

  • Ye, agree with boodieman and hifijohn. That's the problem when people put the HDR settings to extreme, which happens a lot.

I'd love to see a few more photo's with less extreme settings.

  • Some look good, most look to cartoony

  • i agree they look great but i never have seen a HDR that looks like a phot they all look like high quality paintings

  • There are some on Flickr. But in that case you wouldn't know unless they said it was an HDR image. Depends on if they use a tone map or some other method.

  • nice hdr picture.. youve got a lot of nice scene !

  • I love this look! I'm new to this...

What program are you using to achieve the look?

  • I dont like that you fake the clouds...

  • awesome

  • I Thank You for the comment!

    ...Gina...

  • Great pictures! I wish you have a tutorials on HDR.

  • Thanks so much for the nice comment! Let me see what I can do about a tutorial.

    ...Gina...

  • I use HDR but I don't apply it as strongly as these ones. They are good in small doses but it can he over used. I use it just to enhance the cloud definitions a little bit. In some of my shorts you wouldn't even know i had used it.

  • In total agreement with You, As mentioned this is from the early years of HDR. I also cant stand "Overstrengthed", "Over Saturated" Hdrs anymore. A slight applied enhancement is the way to go for myself.

    Thanks for stopping by!

    ...Ben...

  • Mb strong tonemapping seems nicely in churches. Mainly HDR us used to cover the whole image with tone information by redusing over- or underexposed areas.

  • hdr photography is overrated...unless you do it right like Dave Hill.

    look him up!!!!!

  • I Thank You for the comment and Your right Dave Hill is talented.

    ...Ben...

  • Dave Hill has a unique style, it looks almost CGI instead of HDR. Very clever.

  • did u do the hdr in camera

    or like photoshop?

  • My camera is like 4 years old now so the in camera HDR was not available back then, So I have to use software .

    ...Ben...

  • what software?

  • I use Photomatix Pro then finalize in Cs4

    ...Ben...

  • Please, can you do a step-by-step tutorial.

There aren't very good ones on youtube.

  • I will email You via You tube of something I put together, Hope it helps!

    ...Ben...

  • Nice video!!! Thanks :)

  • Thanks Much for the Comment! Would love to see Your work?

  • wow galing naman nyan sir pa turo naman ako

    hehehe

sir request naman ng tutorial ng HDR mo sir

  • Salamat Pare for the comment!

    ...Ben...

  • Kumusta? Just wanted to say great job!! 2 Thumbs up!!!!!

  • I appreciate the comment Bra! Maraming Salamat!

    ...Ben...
